Nope
(2022)

An incredible feat in filmmaking.
Peele is 3 for 3! He truly knocked this one out of the park. It's funny, tense, and jaw dropping. The cinematography is beautiful and Keke Palmer gives her best performance to date. Truly a stunning movie!

Ms. Marvel
(2022)

Charming!
This show is very charming! From the direction to the music choices - everything is just so "feel good!" Iman Vellani is also an amazing casting decision! I love everything about the show.

Turning Red
(2022)

One of Pixar's best.
This movie is truly one of Pixar's best. The way the characters navigate the story is super relatable and I love how the topic of growing up is handled. Be prepared to fall in love.

Eternals
(2021)

A beautiful movie.
Eternals is something totally unique for the MCU. The cinematography, score, and character development are some of the best in the MCU thus far. It's truly a beautiful film. Hats off to Chloé Zhao!

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
(2021)

Awesome!!
Hands down one of my favorite additions to the MCU. The story is fun, unique, and refreshing. The cast is great - everyone has amazing chemistry. And the story is action packed and heartfelt.

Candyman
(2021)

Nia DaCosta...remember that name!
This film is so well directed. It's just a beauty to behold. Every scene is like art...it's truly that magical.

The film is also haunting and it carries the legacy of the original Candyman very well. All in all, this movie is fabulous. Easily one of my favorite horror movies of all time.

The Suicide Squad
(2021)

A big disappoint.
I was so excited to see this movie! I went to theaters the day it opened...but I sat there disappointed for most of the time. The film has so many issues, but I think most people will look over them because of all the raunchy "jokes" (that are very unfunny). Overall this movie was just a sinking ship.

Black Widow
(2021)

Epic on all levels.
This movie is exactly what I wanted from a Black Widow solo adventure! The action is great, the cast is beyond perfect, and the story is dark and gritty.

This is top tier Marvel!

Love, Victor
(2020)

Incredible show!
This show is absolutely incredible! It has helped me with my own identity and I couldn't be happier. <3

Seasons 1 & 2 are both perfect. I can't wait for more!

Cruella
(2021)

It's...amazing?!
It's...amazing?! I know, shocking right?! After many Disney live action duds, Cruella brings something fresh to the table! This movie is an absolute blast! The Emma's are great in their roles, the sets are great, and the costumes are jaw dropping. Great job, Disney!

The Mitchells vs the Machines
(2021)

Obnoxious.
Obnoxious is the best way I can describe this movie. Everything is just so over the top and annoying.

Mortal Kombat
(2021)

Awful. Just awful.
This is by far the worst video game adaptation I've seen to date. I thought this would be a fun fighting flick, but it was just a big mess.

I'm very disappointed.

Godzilla vs. Kong
(2021)

No more humans.
The humans in this movie were totally unbearable. It ruined the entire thing for me.

Raya and the Last Dragon
(2021)

My new favorite Disney Animation movie.
Raya and the Last Dragon is practically perfect in every way! It has it all - epic adventures, breathtaking animation, interesting characters, heartfelt moments, and comedy. This is one of Disney's best movies to date.

WandaVision
(2021)

Incredible!
This show is absolutely incredible! The way the story is told is incredibly unique! Who would've thought a "superhero sitcom" would work out as well as this? Marvel clearly knows what they're doing! They've proven themselves time and time again! 10 out of 10!

Ma
(2019)

Disappointed.
I absolutely love Octavia Spencer, but this movie is just plain awful. Octavia's acting is great, but the script she was given is terrible. I expected more.

Godmothered
(2020)

Lots of fun!
This movie is great! It has a certain realism to the family in this movie. Usually, movies make families out to be picture perfect, but Godmothered shows it's okay to have flaws!

This truly is a wonderful film to watch with the whole family! It's entertaining, funny, and heartwarming!

Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn
(2020)

Absolutely embarrassing.
This movie spits on the characters we all know. It turns them into a big joke. Seriously, save yourself time and skip the movie. Listen to the soundtrack instead. That's the only good thing about the movie.

The Mandalorian
(2019)

Perfection.
First, let me say that I am not a big Star Wars fan. I watch the movies, but they aren't my favorite. That being said, I LOVE The Mandalorian! The show is entertaining and it easily holds my attention! I have fallen in love with the show and The Child. He is the cutest thing in the galaxy!

The Boys
(2019)

Disgusting.
This whole series is just disgusting. The language, nudity, and gore makes it unwatchable. Please, do yourself a favor and skip over this mess.

Clouds
(2020)

Inspiring.
This movie was absolutely incredible. From the acting, to the story, to the songs, everything was perfect. I can count the number of times I have cried watching a movie on one hand and Clouds has been added to that list. It was truly an inspiring story.

Also, to know that Zach's actual possessions were a part of the film makes it even more special.

Soul
(2020)

Absolutely incredible.
Pixar has done it again! This film is nothing short of amazing. The animation, story, and voice cast are all stunning. Pixar has continually upped their game and Soul is another masterpiece they can add to their library of artwork. I enjoyed every magical moment of this film.

Oh, and be sure to have tissues handy when you watch! Like most Pixar films, Soul will pull at your heartstrings.

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil
(2019)

Amazing!
This one is even better than the first! I loved every minute! Angelina Jolie delivers an INCREDIBLE performance!

Tenet
(2020)

Disappointed.
First of all, I don't understand the "hype" around this movie. I went into it with an open mind not knowing what to expect and I was VERY disappointed. The music score was horrendous, the acting was a mixed bag, and the story is hard to comprehend with your first watch. This movie tried to succeed, but it crashes in burns in a "stylish" fashion.

Ratatouille
(2007)

Melted my heart!
This film is so heartwarming! It truly is an original and fun story and as always, the animation is beautiful!
