I did not think this was possible, a teacher having an affair with an underage student-but it happened, a demented loser kills his wife and best friend for now reason. Save your money-this "movie" stinks...

Maybe 10 is a tad generous but it might help offset the 1's & 2's coming from the lost who have no souls. This movie was wonderful. Not in the Academy Award sense which like most things in America is fixed but just a nice, sweet, fun watch-start to finish. Anyone who didn't see it that way either voted for Trump or is just a lost, cold soul with no heart, or both. Sorry, it is people like you who are destroying what's left of this country. Those who still feel, see this one-it will send you to bed on a high and you'll sleep like baby-enjoy!

None of these characters were likable- sign of the times I guess. I liked the Haim sisters before this film. Better they stick to singing. All I can think of is that the "critics" who reviewed this clunker were somehow reimbursed for their outstanding reviews. 90%, you have got to be kidding! Save your money/time.

Loved this one-a total upper in a very down time! The need for some to go low on the ratings are those same people that voted for Trump-homophobes that will never mature. Ignore them and have some fun!

One of the best acted, thrilling and engaging movies I have ever seen. The whiners who want credit to go to the MAN who apparently performed this super human feat need to remember this is a MOVIE based on some true events-not a factual documentary film. Take the whole family and enjoy, it will leave you breathless!

The evolving relationships with her mother, her kids and her friends along with "Jessie's" wonderful, real voice makes this a must see for passionate film goers. Once you get past the "English" dialogue, settle in and just enjoy. I loved this movie!

Spoiler alert. Worst, most disappointing film I have seen in years. Love Lady G. in concert, something she should stick to and forget about an acting career. Nothing felt right about this movie except some of the soundtrack mid-movie. The ending was depressing and gratuitous. Who besides Robin Williams dumps a mess on their loved ones like Cooper did. Save you money...

Spoiler alert! Some similarities to The Abyss but a more sophisticated, deeper film-my opinion. It's a movie, I get it, but it does show how quite possibly, one person can, change the course of time-for the good-the Amy Adams character or, in say present day America, a Donald Trump-for the bad-my opinion. Trump to alien, "go f*** yourself..." Politics aside, the movie is beautifully filmed and Adams is at her best, but I'm biased. This is a thinking person's film and it completely reeled me. The flashbacks to the extreme tragedy in Adams life are incredibly touching and makes her character a heroine for the ages-reinforcing the absolutely essential need for clear communication-in both personal and professional levels-the ultimate key to success. I loved this movie....

Because of the subject matter, many will turn away from this film for political reasons. In the US, this is a subject that has not been address nationally and should be. All who have questions or concerns about assisted suicide would gain some valuable insight to the process and need for this option-but-not everyone agrees with me, of that I am certain. I loved everything about In You Arms-the end. The reviewers want me to have TEN LINES for this review for some reason ? so I am filling space here. This is my first attempt at reviewing a film so I don't know the drill :( I hope that when I push the SEND buttom this time my review is accepted :)
