Little Women
(2019)

A Stellar Cast
My judgement of Little Woman was most certainly enhanced by the fact that I've never seen an adaptation of the novel, nor read the novel at all. Thus leaving me with a clean slate for opinion. Greta Gerwig's third directorial picture creates a historically authentic, well-acted, heartfelt film, brought to life by Its stellar cast.

Balto
(1995)

Fun and Charming
Balto's biggest set back is that Its historically inaccurate to almost obsurd levels. But luckily, this isn't a film for analyzing; It's a film for entertainment and enjoyment, and in that sense Balto succeeds. The animation is good and pleasent to watch, the characters are fun, charming, and likable, and the main bad-dog of the movie even has some depth in his portrayal. All making for an enjoyable adventure for the whole family.

Portrait de la jeune fille en feu
(2019)

Very Moving
The beautifully shot, Portrait of a Lady on Fire is boosted by a great story and human characters. Although I observed the film such as I do most movies, after the first forty minutes or so I began to stop observing and started feeling. I felt the characters, the emotion, and most certainly the music.
