complete waste of time Can't believe I sat all the way through this. I'm so glad I cancelled my netflix subscription (they haven't got my money for a while now). I've read some asinine reviews calling for 10 stars, unbelievable.
Viewers comparing this to the hardships of real life are either seriously delusional or being deliberately flippant.
The protagonist is offered help on numerous occasions only to turn it down, and makes appalling decisions throughout. The show tries it's hardest to convey the message that she doesn't have any choice in employment other than clean toilets, which in itself is patronizing to anyone who has done, or looked for minimum wage work.
The writers woeful attempt at invoking pity for the lead is only trumped by the actors wooden performance, irritating cadence and shows predictable end. A forgettable show, but irritating enough that I had to leave a review. Netflix continues to add to its pile of progressive subversion that the platform is saturated with. Keep well away.
