Loved Sophie Thompson in this - she has great comic timing!

Great film, and loved to see LEH in the background! I did think they shouldn't have cut that scene where she's with her friends who are studying for exams though - that was a good scene which we only discovered on DVD extras!

A wonderful, visceral film that had me laughing and almost crying as I was transported back to 16 with all its drama, questioning, but also new discovery and adventure. Set against the backdrop of A Levels, I couldn't believe how deeply I was transported back to that age through the charming portrayal of real and raw emotion, every awkward idiosyncrasy and the innocence and freedom of youth.
