I don't know why this movie got a really high rating. Honestly this movie is little bit confusing. I don't like the cinematography and the plot. I just wondering why the antagonist did not even try to kill the main characters. She just torturing them till the end with puke and centipedes. That's all. Some of the scenes need more explanation. It just move from one to another without proper explanation.

Story: 4/10 Cinematography: 4/10 Acting: 6/10 Ending: 4/10 Fun factor / thrill factor: 7/10.

The story of this movie is really bad, but the goriness and the brutality done by Leatherface made me convinced enough to give 7 stars. I think this is the best Leatherface have ever played. His appearance is really terrifying, freaky, and brutal.

Story: 3/10 I don't like the story. It's really silly and stupid. It's very predictable and the ending was bad. It's just focused on the leatherface and how he brutally slaughtered people.

Acting: 9/10 The acting's really good, especially Leatherface and Lila (the final girl). The old Leatherface played by mark burnham is really great. I was speechless when i watched him murdered people inside the bus. That's the goriest scene i have ever seen in horror movies.

Ending: 6/10 It was predictable how the ending was going to end. I didn't really like it. The director could've make a better ending. Honestly i really want to review the ending deeply but i don't want to spoil it.

Cinematography: 8/10 This movie's very dark and brutal. I really like how the director mixed the modern and classic texas abandoned city. The gore and blood splatters are the best thing in this movie. I enjoyed it so much ignoring the plot.

Overall: 6.5~7/10 In my opinion this is the second best Texas chainsaw movie. The first was the original and this movie follows the lead because of the gore, the graphics and obviously the Old Learherface.

Overall is good, however the 4th segment was just meh. I like the first three with the exception of the main segment (holly hell). Those three segments are enjoyable to watch. The first one (storm drain / the ratman) gives the mystery and chilling vibe with a gory and funny ending. The second one (empty wake) gives a really dark and evil vibe. The third one (the subject) gives us adrenaline and sadistic vibe. But the 4th one (terror) doesn't give anything, it's just crap and the idea is just too derivative. The main segment is good but failed to unite the other segments. The transition to the each segment is just to sudden and not clear, but the ending is still pretty good.

After watching the first one, i was really excited to watch it's sequel. However, after watching this, i felt that the director just waste his time on making the sequel. I felt that it was directed by different director. I know that he tried to make a comedic horror for this sequel but the execution was so poor. It was so silly and even i laughed so hard not because it's funny but it because this movie is so ridiculously bad. If you like the first movie, i suggest don't watch this one otherwise you'll be really disappointed.

This movie is amazing. The characters are well made and the story is well written. I really enjoyed so much watching this movie and even i got so emotional in one of the scenes. I almost cried at the end of the movie. The ending is shockingly good. The director successfully built it to the climax. Good job!!!!

This movie has potential, but the new character, Cole Young is pretty bad. I don't know why he does not have chemistry with other characters. The acting was so flat with no expression.

Luckily, the other casts were good, especially the actors who play kano, scorpion, sub-zero and sonya. Kano is so humorous with a thick australian accent. Scorpion has good moves and serious expression. Sub-zero is terrifying with cool blooded expression and scary presence. Last but not the least, Sonya has a charming and strong presence in the movie. However Shang Tsung, Raiden. And Liu kang are just mediocre, not really good. The rest are just okay.

The story itself is just so so. Some parts are good, some are bad. The CGI is good, but the fighting choreography is little bit too fast, but overall is good. The costumes are spot on and based on the modern mortal kombat games. Also, there are a so many easter eggs to be found which means good for mortal kombat fans.

Honestly, i want to give 8/10 for this movie but finally i give 6/10 because of Cole Young. I am really sorry Cole!!!.
