Archetypes
(2022)

Every woman is unique and shouldn't be put in a box
I started this podcast with a little skepticism, because there are so many podcasts and I don't listen to podcasts much. However, archetypes with Meghan really changed my mind on podcast, because of the topics on women and how we are affected by these stereotypes attached to us. The really impressive part for me is how diverse her guests are, and how open they are to share their own experiences. The podcast creates discussions, and pushes everyone to think outside the box that was created by society to keep women in line.archetypes is unique to me, because of the thoughts provoking it creates.

The Me You Can't See
(2021)

Needing help isn't cowardly, but shows courage
I was a little skeptical about how the mental health docuserie was going to be handled. And to my surprise, a beautiful one at that, Oprah and prince Harry handled it so well. Every story was so personal, not just from high profile people, but from regular people like me. I was able to identify with a few stories about how depression can be detrimental to someone when tradition dictate that it's shameful. The courage shown by people in this docuserie have helped me tremendously. My recommendation, please watch with an open mind, and you will get something out of these amazing brave stories.
