There are so many cop shows on TV now days, but a lot of them are over the top. I like that Prime Suspect is written around the main character and everything is played off of that. It's just a straight forward cop show nothing fancy like CSI and stuff like that. The actors are really good and at times the show is funny. I like it, it's simple and I am a simple person. The main actress which the show is based off of does a fantastic job, she is a really good actor. I love her personality on the show trying to make it in an all guy department, she holds her own. I also like how at the end of the day she shows vulnerability and emotion from the stress of her job as well as her personal life. I have never seen the British version and don't really care to. I know some might compare it to not as good as the British version; but being I have never watched that version, the show is great. Give it a chance and see for yourself.

My cousins invited me to see this movie last night after they saw it the night before and wanted to see it again. The movie was very cute and funny. Of course it is a typical chick flick, but it was a great romantic comedy to say the least. James Marsden (Kevin) was so cute in the film and quit funny. Both him and Kathrin Heigl (Jane) had great chemistry together. Jane's friend played by Judy Greer was absolutely hysterical with all of her views on the whole situation between Jane and her boss. You really felt for Jane and her role as always the bridesmaid never the bride and how she had to deal with her sister. The ending was good and you left the theater feeling very happy. Over all I give this film a 10 and I have say it is worth seeing again. Good acting, Cute, and Funny.

I have just seen Freedom Writers tonight and thought the movie was very moving and a must see for 2007. They couldn't of picked a better actress to play Erin Gruwell than Hilary Swank, she was amazing in this movie like she always is. At first when I saw the previews I thought another Dangerous Minds, but than my aunt said the movie was based on a true story and that Erin had come to speak at her school to all the teachers and students. The way my aunt was talking about Erin Gruwell and her life story as a teacher made me interested in going to see Freedom Writers. She was right, this was a very good movie. I advise everyone to check it out. I think I am going to have to pick up a copy of the Diary to read, the movie was that good.
