National Treasure: Edge of History
(2022)

This is not the National Treasure you've been looking for.
I've been waiting 15 years to know what's on page 47. Even without the original cast, I still would have been ok with at least knowing the answer. Unless it is revealed later on, and they redeem themselves, then this isn't what we wanted. Instead, this is just another Disney Channel show minus the laugh track. Also, what has happened to the CGI on Disney+ shows lately? Just as The Santa Clauses ruined the reindeer, now Edge of History has ruined the magic of seeing the past. The only redeeming qualities so far are Harvey Keitel briefly returning as Sadusky, and the few Easter eggs referring to the movies.

Return to Sleepaway Camp
(2008)

A classic slasher that was funnier than I found horrific
I usually give all movies a fair chance, but in this case, I'll make an exception. The movie was filmed in a classic way which was not very impressive. The acting was extremely sub-par, and the lines given to the actors were not much to work with. Most of the scenes in this movie were extremely cheesy and predictable. It seemed to me like the actors were brought out of a closet that they have been stuck in since the 80's Some of the themes of the movie were not approached like they should have been. A boy who seem to have a mental condition is made fun of throughout the whole movie, and hardly anybody did anything to try and help him with his problems. I have not seen the other Sleepaway Camp movies, but was thoroughly unimpressed by this one.

Mr. Gibb
(2006)

Great movie, but why have nudity?
This movie was very interesting. The movie starts out with a man teaching his class and telling the audience some background information. The whole aspect behind the movie is the event that a teacher has a school boy crush on one of his students, then she gets kidnapped, and he is the one that actually tries to find who the kidnapper is and where Ally is. During this investigation, he finds out some disturbing information about his perverted co-worker, and some other students. He also finds that the father of Ally is more concerned about his business and sex life then he is about his daughter. The students and faculty are all convinced that he has something to do with the kidnapping, and he is questioned and interrogated many times. With some interesting plot twists and and fair storyline, I enjoyed this movie. But, from the title, I would like to say that there was no reason what so ever to have the scene of nudity in it that it did, it was purely disgusting. With that being said, I give this movie a 7/10.
