Fast Track: Taking on the Speedway
(2024)

"Captures the Life and Style Of Being A Racing Driver!"
This documentary was absolutely amazing and well done! It was an incredible film which captured the speed and intensity of NASCAR! Little back story, I'm one of the drivers in this film which is Christian Roberts whom that's me, and I was one of the contributors of this film. Working with Nate, Jesse, Chanel and Nate was an incredible time and I had a ton of fun with them. And they pulled out all the stops to make this film amazing. It really captured the atmosphere of NASCAR perfectly with its incredible camera work, brilliant writing by Jesse, and so much to talk about. Overall, this movie is indeed a must watch for anyone who is a racing fan or not, cause it really captures the feeling of being at the race track and it's an incredible watch. Thanks to Nate and the entire team at The Telling Entertainment for making this film happen and helping you guys out with it. This film is indeed a winner! 10/10.

NASCAR: Full Speed
(2024)

NASCAR: Full Speed Is a Winner!!!
They did it, they really did it, Netflix and NASCAR have knocked it out of the park or should I say crossed the finish line with this series! NASCAR: Full Speed is awesome!! This series truly does an amazing job capturing the action, speed, power, passion and the personalities throughout this amazing sport. Each episode does a great job capturing the behind the scenes and what the drivers go through each race weekend and it shows the kind of human they really are instead of being behind the wheel doing what they love. With all that said, the best part of this entire series is that it portrays NASCAR the right way possible. For a while, NASCAR was portrayed as this goofy sport of men driving in circles over and over again, but however, this series burns it down to the ground as it shows the kind of sport it really is, it's not only about racing on circles, but it's about teamwork, dreams, trust, heart, skill, passion and also, danger. In conclusion, NASCAR: Full Speed is amazing, the series does a great job at capturing the essence of this sport, the personalities around it, the speed and thrill captured beautifully, but most of all, it portrayed the sport the greatest way possible. If you are a NASCAR Fan or not, then this show is a MUST WATCH!! NASCAR: Full Speed is a winner!

Cars 2
(2011)

"Not Pixar's Best Film But Still Enjoyable"
Hear me out, Cars 2 is not the best Pixar film but it's NOT the worst! Cars 2 is the sequel to Cars and this time it focuses on our favorite tow truck Mater, as he alongside Lightning McQueen (His Best Friend) go on a world tour together and help McQueen race in the World Grand Prix, but however, Mater gets him into a huge mess when he is accidentally now part of a secret mission of an oil conspiracy plot by evil cars known as lemons. This would lead to tensions between himself and his friends as his antics during the race and the mission make Lighting lose and causing him to lash out at Mater. He runs away but not before the agents make him work with him again to solve the case. Now with all the information gathered, he and the agents Finn and Holley now have to work together to help solve the case and take down the lemons and their secret leader plotting the attacks. Yes, this film has a very flawed plot, has many plot holes to it, ok writing, flawed characters, and most notably, it's unbelievable violent scenes as we see cars getting crushed, torn apart, and blown up, which means they are killed. However to the movies credit, it does have amazing animation, and immersive visuals which make it look like you are there in the world. Overall, this sequel may not be the best Pixar movie but it's still a good movie nonetheless and it's still enjoyable. It does help introduce more worlds into the world of Cars and bring in many new characters as well. It does have a nice lesson in there as well about being yourself no matter who you are, and to always trust in another and work together to get the job done. With that said, Cars 2 barely reaches the finish line and is still an enjoyable movie! Ka Chow!

Cars
(2006)

"The Film That Made Me Who I Am"
Ok so just hear me out. Disney Pixar Cars is my all time favorite Disney Movie, yes it's not the best but it's still a great film and a fun one at best. It has a great story with Lighting McQueen who is a hot shot rookie racer who comes across an abandoned town and has to get used to the scenery around it which makes him miss his race, but in the end he learns a lot and it makes him realize that there is more to racing than just winning. The animation is beautiful and the characters are extremely likable and relatable. But the reason why I love this movie so much is because it made me who I am, and that's a race car driver. When I was young, this movie was a huge part of my childhood, watching it a lot with my family, playing with the toys, video games, and going to Disneyland to ride the Cars ride. This movie means so much to me as it taught me many things about not just racing, but good human qualities like being a good friend, learning from the best and accepting change. This movie also got me into my biggest hobby and that's racing. I became a huge NASCAR fan after the movie when I learned more about it and I instantly became hooked. But the biggest this movie has done is that it made me an actual race car driver. Racing has been a huge part of my life and it's been a dream of mine to become a race driver, and this movie did just that. It inspired me to become a driver, learn more about cars and try to follow your dreams of becoming a champion. Overall, I'm so grateful that this movie has done for me in the long run, as it made me who I am today. Cars is indeed a great film to watch especially for kids and families alike and this movie crosses the finish line and is a winner to everyone who watches it! And always remember, there is more to racing than just winning, and without your friends, your trophy is just an empty cup. Ka Chow!
