Now days with streaming services dominating the distribution as well having their finger in the production, it's unjustifiable to have a production without budget. It's transparent that the production design has no resources, plus the actors just can't walk on water if there is no water to walk on, and the directing choices remind me of low budget films from the 70's. Only lack of budget would justify this production. One doesn't need to reinvent the wheel to know about coverage nor production value. Perhaps distributors should understand that you don't make a film by committee, otherwise you make a dull, lifeless sausage.
