Constellation
(2024)

If they cross that lake one more time...
One of the worst uses of the principles of quantum entanglement I've had the displeasure to watch. There's barely any story, just a lot of people crossing a lake back and forth in the middle of a snowstorm. Such a disappointment considering the quality of the cast.

It started promisingly but quickly veered into "let's just confuse people to make them think we a have story", Half the dialogues are 'Alice!', 'Mama!', and half the scenes are on that frozen lake, never knowing which direction they are going and why.

Avoid unless you really have nothing to watch or are looking for a reason to be bored.

The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window
(2022)

Some things should never be filmed
And a 9-year old serial killer is one of them. I was ready to give this a 6 but they just went too far. First with a the killer child that ends up murdered herself, then with a repetitive relating of the event done in the coldest, most offhand manner possible. WTF was this?

Midnight Mass
(2021)

Sermons, preaches, and extremely long dialogues
The whole storyline could have fit in 2 hours if you cut the preaching in half and the pseudo-esoteric dialogues completely. One of the most annoying shows I've ever watched. A huge missed opportunity.

Star Trek: Lower Decks
(2020)

What the... Frak?
Yes, it's a cartoon. Yes, it's a parody. But no one ever said it had to sink to such a low level of humor (pun intended). First episode has farts, zombies, gore, blood, gigantic spiders and nude Olympians. If that's your level of 'funny', then go right ahead! I you want an intelligent Star Trek parody, might I suggest Seth MacFarlane's brilliant 'The Orville" instead? You might actually retain all of your brain cells.

Away
(2020)

Would have been better with more nerves and less tears
As much as I appreciate the human portrayal of what an actual manned mission to Mars could look like, I have to point out that a real mission commander would never be a nervous wreak that continuously doubts herself and cries, and only occasionally rises up to the challenge.

Las chicas del cable
(2017)

Totally unbelievable
Start the first season with an 8 and remove one star per season. The storyline is completely unbelievable, the main characters are either irritating or exaggerated and the music is completely off. This had the potential to become an excellent series but fell into the trap of trying too hard.

Enterprise: Impulse
(2003)
Episode 5, Season 3

Hope you're not epileptic
Story is ok, but all there is to see are flashes. Barely watchable.

Grey's Anatomy: Leave a Light On
(2020)
Episode 16, Season 16

Really?!?
Combine 80% of old material, an explanation for Alex's leaving that is just unbelievable and teary images of the supposed perfect family and you get Grey's Anatomy worst episode yet (and, hopefully, ever). Just skip it.

The Orville
(2017)

More Star Trek than Discovery
Thanks Seth for putting together a real Star Trek show when the only other available option is a weird, twisted, impossible to follow facsimile! Even though this show is supposed to be a parody, it has the perfect balance of crazy adventures, weird aliens, cynical humour and, above all, true Star Trek values.

Dark Matter: All the Time in the World
(2017)
Episode 4, Season 3

Best Dark Matter Episode!
Anthony Lemke is simply brilliant in this episode! The parts in French are to die for, especially when you're from Quebec!
