Alice in Terrorland
(2023)

A bit dull
The cover artwork for the front and back of the dvd gave the impression of a slasher bloody type of film. Well, it isn't, and nowhere in the film does Alice kill anything or even ever have a bloody knife and blood drenched dress.

The movie centers on a girl named Alice who just lost her parents to a house fire. She is then placed with her grandmother inside a house her grandmother calls "Wonderland."

Alice then begins to feel sick, so her grandmother advises her to rest and drink small amounts of tea as she reads her the Alice and Wonderland book. While her grandmother reads, Alice starts to have dreams of cheap variations of characters from the book which really makes no sense. Later on it is revealed that her grandmother has been poisoning her in order to obtainthe house after Alice's demise.

The movie was slightly okay, but also a disappointment. It's 77 minutes, but is so dull at times, that feels like it's much longer than that.

Batman Beyond: The Series
(2015)

Pathetic attempt...just awfully pathetic
If you want a show with horrible acting, laughable special effects and a dull story. This is the show for you. The only good thing it has going for it is that the Bat suit is pretty cool. That is about it.

Most, if not all, of the scenes are filmed in empty rooms or empty places. It is just a terrible show.

When stumbling upon the show from this site, I had hoped that the show would be cool. But, like I stated above, it is not cool.

I do recommend that you watch it just to laugh at it. The episodes are not too long. Which is good because of the terrible acting and story.

I do not have anything more to say about it. I have to write more sentences in order to post this review. Which is absurd, but that is the rules of this site.

The Giver
(2014)

A great movie
This movie was awesome. OF course not completely accurate according to the book, but that kind of stuff happens a lot in movies that are based on books. So those who are complaining about that should probably get a life.

Also, I've seen maybe 2 or 3 reviewers who've imagined something in the movie THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I want everyone to know that THERE WAS NOT A RAPE SCENE IN THE MOVIE. I'm not sure what kind of substance the 2 or 3 people were on to even come up with that, but trust me, there isn't a rape scene at all.

Overall the movie was a great movie. Surely, not perfect, but great nonetheless.

Invisible
(2006)

Horrible movie
This movie is only 70 minutes but feels much much longer than that. The first portion of the film moves so excruciatingly slow that you are actually hoping for the crazy morons to come just to speed the movie up.

The couple in this movie are so bland and boring. For example she's having a heart to heart conversation with him and he's out looking at everything but her. What a complete douche bag.

When the two crazy brothers finally do something, the sound quality isn't that great and it's hard to understand what the bald guy is saying.

The two crazy weirdos kept them captive for a few hours I suppose...which is quite disturbing, but then just leave the next morning. The wife wakes up and her husband is in a boat. she calls out to him and he rows his boat to her and they embrace..and then it ends. The two crazy brothers don't get killed or arrested or anything. What a waste of an ending and a waste of a movie.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

Boogeyman 2
(2007)

Waste of time
I was so disappointed with this movie. There are several reasons below that explain why:

1. The movie is nothing like the first movie (I enjoyed the first movie, which is why I wanted to see this one). 2. The movie was horribly acted 3. The movie was absurdly more violent than the first making it nothing more but a pathetic slasher movie. Plus, the Boogeyman's mask looked like it was borrowed from slipknot. 4. The nudity and the sex scene were pointless and didn't need to be in it at all.

Although, one thing I found to be a little ironic is the fact that David Gallagher (who stared in the TV show Seventh Heaven) played it and in the first movie Barry Watson (who also was in Seventh Heaven) played it in. I wonder if another cast from Seventh HEaven will be in the third Boogeyman..lol
