The apple didn't fall far from the tree. Though the sequel is a step-up in regards with narration and plot play, it just can't seem to escape the mediocrity set by it's predecessor. The dramatic sequences are a relief in this movie with action sequences that defy logic and basic physics at every step. There should've been some kind of explanation such as Amarendra Baahubali was the son of Zeus or that he was injected with super strength serum or that he was stuck by lightning or that he was simply an alien who feeds on the Sun's radiation. Such explanation would've made his physics defying feats a little less distracting and acceptable. Also, the movie could've had many more options as the title. My recommendations are as follows: Baahubali: Defying Laws of Physics Baahubali: The Annihilator of Trees Baahubali: The Invulnerable Baahubali: Mowgli from Maahismathi Baahubali: One Man Army So on and so forth.

The story sure is ages old, I'm not even gonna touch that as it was quite evident from the first part itself. The movie is filled with two dimensional characters except for Sivagami. The characters do not have a grey area, making it tougher to relate to them. The first part had strategic approach to war. This movie steals away that too. War apparently needs just will power and a really super powered being who is the result of crossing Superman and Flash. S.S. Rajamouli has single-handedly questioned the concept of Fort Walls and Medieval Ballistic Weapons. If you can throw humans into the fort using a tree, why did Greeks ever build all the weapons to break the goddamn walls! If a single man with a giant hammer can break a chain that is twice his size and holds the door to the fort, what is the point of the door? Yeah, our film makers seriously need basic classes on Human Autonomy and Physics. (Physical Sciences for Dummies?).

You've been warned not to breathe! Who thought robbing a blind man would be a piece of cake? Not so much eh! This guy is not just another blind man. He's got skills. Skills that'll get you thrilled, have you terrified, get your heart stopped and finally have you praying God to just stop all of that.

When three small town thieves decide to rob a blind man with lot of cash reserves, a shocking truth is unveiled and the blind man turns out to be not so an easy target. Stephen Lang nails the blind man character. Even his bloody dog is terrifying!

The best part about this movie is cinematography. Those color textures and long shots, extraordinarily used in a horror/thriller. What I loved is this movie didn't rely on jump scares as much as it relied on actual content and execution. Every time the leads are at the edge of escape, we find our hearts pounding. That's what I call thrilled.

Though greatly done, blind man not being arrested in the end even after the cops find him shot in the basement and his crime still being unexposed seems like a real big plot-hole. There are few plot holes here and there in this otherwise excellent thriller. Go watch it already!

A guy, after getting rejected by ample number of girls falls for a girl with whom he wants to spend the rest of his life. However, the girl has a problem due to which she too rejects him. Will the guy win back her love and how forms the rest of the movie.

Though the story line and some scenes in the movie look so routine, the feel that's been carried in the movie gives a great positive edge to the movie. Since the very start of the movie, it's taken close to reality and that makes audience to relate to the subject. The humor elements are a added advantage. Great music, Cinematography and character development adds to the advantage of the movie.

Pros: Music, Lead Character performances, Comedy, Cinematography

Cons: Routine Story line, Formulaic scenes in second half
