Many make the mistake of thinking that a short film will be lacking in quality compared to any given feature. 'Parentless Turn of Events' is a fantastic example of a short film done properly. The quality of the shoot and the careful considerations during editing make this a very polished and pleasant viewing experience. A fun & and dramatic little tale, I found my self caught in some moments and pleasantly relieved in others as I watched it all unfold. The principal acting being done by two very young performers gave this project an endearing quality too. Youth standing up for themselves is a refreshing reminder that the school of hard knocks doesn't have to end in tears. This project should do well when released into the public forum. I was very happy to have had the pre-release experience on this one. Good job Bobby Scott.
