American Horror Story: Something's Coming
(2022)
Episode 1, Season 11

It's not terrible but it's far from good.
I've been a fan since the first season. I'll start with a simple fact; horror content is vast, not everyone is scared by the same subjects.

But I gotta be honest after just one episode; not engaging at all, the writing is nowhere near the quality we've known in a lot of other seasons. It's bland even though I am all for this type of horror.. discrimination, violent encounters, weird start that makes you want to know more. Well, this one has all these things but it's all poorly executed.

Season 10 had a few good moments but still was bad. (Part 2 was awful) But S11 is already worse. I know I have a small sample but it's enough for me to wanna write this review, I was hoping for way more.

I guess Murphy chose to put all his heart in Dahmer and kinda gave up on AHS.

So little promotion and it was too close to the premiere... I guess they knew they lost the real hype after last year.

I'll try the second episode just for my own curiosity but it's a rough start and even with a great cast, I think this season will be known as the worst.

I and a lot of fans of this show miss the old AHS. Changes can be good but they are for sure going the wrong way.

Monster
(2022)

Evan Peters is one of the best of this generation.
There's something dramatic, intense about how that man can transform into his character.

The producer (Ryan Murphy) has been working with Evan for more than a decade on American Horror Story so we've seen him in a few different roles and I'm always stunned at his talent.

Murphy's been known to produce gems or the worst; worth a binge this one.

Only 2 episodes in so my rating might change but this is a solid show with solid acting and even though some might find the start to be "slow", if you love creepy thrillers you're in for a wild ride and will love the pace.

Loving the sometimes "eerie filming", there's a sinister vibe in every aspects of the show!

Friday Night Lights: Pilot
(2006)
Episode 1, Season 1

A gem, that's what this tv show is.
Watched 5 episodes of season 1, 22 episodes per season in 2022 is "scary"; it's not the norm anymore but this show makes you miss the old days.

Doesn't feel like i'm watching a show that premiered in 2006, it has a type that never gets old.

I got attached to the characters by the second episode, there's something unique about the adrenaline you get from watching friday night lights. Actually, you go through every emotions possible because the cast is on another level!

I was like.. why have I never watched this before? Never heard about it, to be honest. But damn, how ecstatic I am to finally find an epic show nowadays.

Friday night lights in 5 episodes only, is in my top 10 ever, means a lot.

What We Do in the Shadows: Gail
(2021)
Episode 3, Season 3

I don't get the negative reviews on this episode...
This tv show is a gem when it comes to being saritical. Come on, that twilight scene was gold, it was funny as hell and god damn, I wouldn't hope for better actors to play these goofy characters. I LOVE THIS SHOW! What a great season 3 we're having!
