Saturday Night Live
(1975)

Yawn
Some nights SNL leaves me out of breath from laughter. Other nights it's March 9, 2019.

Nurses
(2020)

Bad Copy of Grey's Anatomy
I made it for 15 minutes & gave up. It's almost as if the writers found some old Greys Anatomy scripts & changed the names. This is really bad and boring

Grey's Anatomy
(2005)

Becoming Boring
The current season is marked primarily by fullness and boredom. Meredith Grey has suddenly become almost elderly. And what was the point of last season's story about the sister held captive for 10 years before being rescued? There was no follow up to the story. I'm about to give up entirely.

Broke
(2020)

Cookie Cutter Tired Sitcom
First of all, Perrette had badly aged out of her totally silly role on NCIS and at the age of 51, she is already aged out of this role. The show itself has been on for decades in one incarnation after another with very little variation. Tired and old.

In the Dark
(2019)

Agree About Instant Sex
I agree with the reviewer that said the quickest way to lose her is to pen with a sex scene. I don't often make it past that point. I've almost stopped watching Netflix & Prime originals for that reason. And while I'm at it, I am not especially religious but I do find Good Omens offensive.

Blue Bloods
(2010)

Annoying characters
I had never watched Blue Bloods but decided to binge watch over the summer. Tom Selleck looks like Grumpy Cat all the time, despite the fact that he makes everyone cook Sunday dinner & clean up after for him. Donnie Wahlberg is always angry-always-and I'm never sure why. The whole family has a drinking problem. I've seen them drink beer, then wine, then Scotch and apparently drive home afterward. They come home, open the door and grab the Scotch bottle. I've tried, but basically I don't like the characters that much.

Bull
(2016)

Uncomfortable
I wanted to like this show but i keep seeing the Bull group as shifty & manipulative. I always think they are trying to rig a jury. Also, their services must be extremely expensive and yet they keep taking these underdog charity cases. Basically, I loved Tony DiNozzo but I don't like Bull at all.

Whiskey Cavalier
(2019)

Light & Entertaining
This show is perfect for the times. I want something similar to NCIS (early days), Bones, etc. to give me a break from the bleak of today's political climate. I don't want anything heavy-handed & serious...I want something fun & escapist. I will probably be a big fan.

FBI
(2018)

Poorly written characters
The worst is Jeremy Sisto. He was decent on Law & Order, But in this series his character acts like a telemarketer room supervisor on speed. I can't figure out why all he does is point to people and bark at them to get on the phone and find out something. Too annoying to watch after 3 episodes.

Instinct
(2018)

LOVE ALAN CUMMING, LOVE THE SHOW
I love this as a Summer fun show to watch. I adore Alan Cumming in anything and really like his husband on the show. It's got just enough of a light touch to make it enjoyable. I don't want heavy drama-big fan of escapism. I get all the dread drama on the news these days.

Take Two
(2018)

Love It!
I'll be honest, I like anything with Rachel Bilson. I love mystery/crime shows that aren't too deadly serious or gruesome. I like escaping from reality for a while. This is perfect. Did I mention I love Rachel Bilson?

NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service
(2003)

Won't Miss Abby
I can't say I will miss having Abby on the show. Her character never grew over time and she was getting a bit old to pull off the, "Gibs, Gibs, Gibs," routine. Her signature Goth look went out of style and became a Goofy look. Even being generous with a timeline, Abby had to be at least 40 & was still wearing silly school girl costumes. Over time it became distracting instead of endearing.
