House of the Dragon: The Rogue Prince
(2022)
Episode 2, Season 1

So predictable
Since this is a book adapted series I cannot blame the predictable story arc much. However I do believe it is ''written for the TV'' by creator Ryan Condal and it does has the scope of getting some variation in order to become more interesting. The king's decision of choosing a wife was predictable yet they made it look like so dramatic. Also the unification of Corlys and Daemon was so obvious as well. My hope isn't all dead about this series but I do hope it gets more interesting and twisted soon enough.

As for the cinematography, is it only me or every character looks a bit white-ish as if they are wearing a physical sunscreen (just a hyperbole, you know what I mean) which provides a huge white cast? Idk, the cinematography definitely has some issues, it doesn't look so realistic like GOT used to do.

Karagar
(2022)

Something so fresh and captivating!
It was a bit painful to watch Chanchal Chowdhury playing a mute (?) character because we can never have enough of him. If he doesn't talk at all that deprives us of a huge amount of pleasure.

But that's just a bittersweet opinion because he was required of it for the sake of the plot, so I will not complain.

Finally Bangladeshi creators have learned to implement cliffhanger successfully. The final episode definitely lived up to its expectations.

This series has amazing casting, most of them nailed it. Background scores are fitting too, only there were a few times it appeared to me as unnecessary (ex: when Sajib's mother meets him in prison).

Since the story isn't finished yet and it's literally named ''Karagar Part 1'', one shouldn't be so judgmental of the plot but the build up for the next part has been great, THAT I'd like to admit.

Screenplay is decent, it has the capacity to keep the viewers edge of their seats. To sum up, it might not feel something extraordinary because of the incomplete story for obvious reasons but as the first half of it, it is definitely worth watching and worth waiting for the next one. Just like a very interesting character of the plot uttered, ''Wait has many shades'' as it also teases the audience to hold on for the next journey.

It's a Wonderful Life

Couldn't even finish the film, my bad, sorry.
I don't know what went wrong but I tried to finish the film twice but every time got zoned out. It was perhaps because I didn't understand what was happening. Sorry. I would definitely change my rating if someday I get to finish watching it.
