  • I followed the bits and pieces of the plot, which kept me entertained during a 2 day binge-watch. Some of the script is a little cliched, and the acting a little overdone.

Not sure if Mickey is supposed to be an American or Mexican, because his accent kept switching between the two. I liked the insight into the US justice system, especially the extended jury selection process. The investigation parts are fun. And the supporting cast are strong. Particularly like Cisco who is a fun character.

Interesting series, but not a 'must see', although I will probably watch a second series! ................................
  • My wife found this film on a movie channel. When it started I nearly didnt continue. Some indifferent acting and script. Then Bob Hoskins took over as the Pope. I felt this was a bad miscasting, but I was pleasantly surprised. A very warm and nuanced performance, showing the Pope's humanity and compassion for the world. Overall, one of Bob Hoskins' best performances.
