Young Sheldon: Mitch's Son and the Unconditional Approval of a Government Agency
(2021)
Episode 14, Season 4

Best episode in a long time
This was in so many ways a perfect episode. The father-son relationship of Sheldon was so endearing. It got to me the fact that even though Sheldon is so smug and arrogant, he still respects his father quite determinately. Missy and her poking fun at her mother with the fake curse words, and Mary getting so upset, her acting here was phenomenal. The two grandpas getting close on a not so comfortable subject, but necessary for their age (romantic couples colonoscopy lol). And the showdown between Sheldon and the IRS representative, styled as a chess match. Very enjoyable.

A fantastic story with phenomenal acting
I am giving this show a 10 not because I want it to come back, although I concede that I would love for it to. The acting in this show is all around outstanding, coupled with long scenes of open dialogues it immerses you in the story like the greatest of cinema. I actually do not understand how this show doesn't have a higher rating.

Not just the main plot going on, but the side stories, the family interactions are solid and engaging, makes you feel closer to the characters. Their development throughout the series was very well thought out as well. It really shows where each character is flawed, why they are so and what they are doing to get over it.

I do admit that in occasions the editing falls a little short, and the show can benefit from an improvement in the cinematography department, but that doesn't not detract from the story at all.

Even in Wine there's trouble
I couldn't have imagined that wine could be a source of such strife between the citizens of the same nation.

I think this episode is brilliantly produced, ordered in a very well manner, details presented in a way that make you say "ooh that's cool", good unobtrusive music, and overall presenting all sides of the equation.

PD: The real reason why I came to write a review. My god what a sexy voice Cathy Huyghe has. I almost couldn't hear what she was saying, I was so enchanted and seduced.
