Vinland Saga
(2019)

One of the most complete Animes ever!!
Separately if rate SS1-9, & SS2-8.5, but combined they give a complete story from childhood to manhood, it showcases the development of the protagonist from a vengeful savage to an altruistic human being!!

SS1 ending is a cliffhanger of sorts that really doesn't get answered until the last quarter of SS2.

If you're keen, you'll left wondering if the writers really meant for the story to transpire as such!! The 2nd season can seem out of sorts compared to the 1st, but you are still invested in seeing how Throrffin turn out! This is one of the few titles I actually watched episode release per episode release!

I loved it!!

It's has great animation, great characters ,great storyline and overall development!!

This is the go to anime whenever I recommend adult new comers to our anime-verse!

The Shawshank Redemption
(1994)

Believe the Hype!!!
This movie will give you everything!!! Every emotion you can possibly derive from a movie is here, and the ending.... brilliant!!

Wrath of Man
(2021)

Cinematography
Guy Ritchie does it again!!!

Marvelous!!! The shots, angles, movements he does with camera.

Flawless!!! How the flashback ties into the whole story, the point it's introduced.

Adrenaline!!! Even the music tempo, how it switches between scenes and binds the actions!!! Straight FIRE!!

I immensely enjoyed this movie!!

Gekijô-ban Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Ressha-hen
(2020)

The most complete anime movie yet
Yes, almost - but the most complete one yet. The missing part - a romantic interest, but that wasn't in the series, so really you can't feel it (and it's not necessary)

All the other stuff is there, action, comedy, suspense, frustration, despair, anger, sadness, love, anxiety, thrill, twist, surprises - you name it!!!

You'll watch it again, but after a little while, you'll need some time to catch your breath and digest what you've seen!!

Take Back
(2021)

An hour 30 minutes of your life you'll never get back
I like Michael J. & his material arts loaded movies - this one is not! It's littered with scenes that add no value to the overall storyline! It's actually sad that experienced film makers can do this- maybe covid affected them!

You have a lead who seemingly has amnesia, then is suddenly faking it, clueless cops, an impotent Michael J. Who's decisions & thought process don't make sense.

The story is just so everywhere, it's like they're showing a movie as the backstory at the same time while suffering from memory loss!

I hated that I wasted time watching this, even if I was high-it wouldn't have made sense or be exciting.

I don't want to dismiss or put anyone's effort down, but honestly, they could and should have done better!!

Family Reunion: Remember the False Idol?
(2021)
Episode 5, Season 3

SSN3 E5
In as much as one would appreciate their efforts to connect to an African heritage, they were so lazy in their execution that it was irresponsible! A simple google search will tell Kenya has 42 tribes - Where they got 30 only the ignorant gods know!! Pronunciations were wrong, stereotypical Hollywood African accent and dressing that is the cliche American wear!

This was a chance to present something different African image to the world especially the Black community, but yet again...they failed!
