Shrek Forever After
(2010)

An Ok Movie
With this movie I have very mixed opinions on it.

For me I feel like this one was not the best sequel I think that they could have happily left it with the third one as it ended very well. But at the same time there was some parts of this movie that made me laugh.

I will say this time the villian was better compared to the third one.

Overally it was an ok movie it had it's good moments and it's bad moments, I'm not sure whether there will be another Shrek movie but I feel like if they did another one even though I would love to see the characters again I feel like it would one too many sequels.

Shrek the Third
(2007)

Not As Good As The First Two
Don't get me wrong this one is better than the final movie but it doesn't live up to the first two Shrek movies.

It did have a few good laughs in it especially with Donkey and Puss in Boots and I did like the way it ended but I wasn't a huge fan of Arthur. Usually with these movies I have enjoyed the brand new characters but this time not so much.

I will say they should have stopped at this movie because like I said the ending was good so that would have been a nice stopping point. As much as I love the main characters and would love to see more of them I think four is enough.

Shrek 2
(2004)

Great Sequel To A Classic Movie
Of course as always when the first movie is majorly popular amoung movie goers then the second one has a lot to live up to and thankfully this sequel lived up to the first one and is the best sequel in the franchise.

This time round we are going to a different location (Far Far Away) to meet Fioana's parents to which we all know what that can be like so of course in Shrek fashion high jinks insue that leads to a lot of very funny moments.

We are introduced to some new characters and one of those is Puss in Boots and he is one of my favourite characters in this franchise and the relationship between Puss and Donkey is the best I am so glad that they brought him into the movie.

We also have a new villian which is Fairy Godmother and I think I liked her more than Lord Farquad.

Overall very good storyline, new characters are very funny and the voice acting in this as always was amazing. I defintley recommed this movie to both kids and adults or if you fancy having a laugh.

Shrek
(2001)

Absolute Classic :)
I remember watching this for the first time and thinking how funny this was and to this day it is still an absolute classic and still one of my favourite Mike Myers movies.

My favourite character is Donkey (to which I think that is nearly everyone's favourite character). I do love all of the characters this movie but Donkey stands out the most and I can quote his lines word for word when I watch it his lines are that memorable and so funny you can't forget them.

I also loved how Princess Fioana wasn't a dasmel in distress like most princess are portrayed as. I espescially love the romance between her and Shrek it's very unique (especially at the end of the movie) it was nice to see them end it that way.

Great villian, lovely animation and just overall a classic animated movie and one that I will always watch and will never get bored of. I recommend this movie for a family movie night or if you fancy having a funny movie night.

You can't go wrong with Shrek.

17 Again
(2009)

Gotta Love A Zac Efron Movie
This story certainly was different, Mike being given a chance to go back and change his mistake to fix his future it's nice to see this being told as him becoming his teenage self instead of being sent back in time like most movies.

Zac Efron I think did an amazing job playing this character especially since he had to act like a dad who has turned back into his teens and watch out for his kids.

Does get weird at one point between Zac's Character and the daughter but aside from that this film has always made me laugh and I will always enjoy this movie and definitly recommend it if you want a funny movie night.
