If I recall correctly then there were only 3 or max 4 scenes with some action and that's it. Almost one of the episodes was wasted for family drama, when you keep waiting one week after every episode for the next one and then you get episode where it's all about kids, I think all this story line was way too detailed and long, there really was lack of good combat scenes.

The worst part of this whole show, I think was Nicole Kidman and her acting and one facial expression - duck face, that's all I could see, her lips has obviously fillers and honestly I could not look at her and that one pouting lip expression.. It had so much potential but imo was waisted on so many boring things which were way too stretched out..

Don't waste your time, I had some time to waste in airport and even then I managed to watch barely half and I just jumped to an end.

Not sure from where this high rating is coming but if you read the other reviews for example @StrayFeral gives this movie a 9, and then again I have some time to waste)), if you go and check the other ratings this person is giving, literally all the movies get 9 or 10, which is pretty much unreal, unless you really don't give a damn what garbage you are watching.

At least I didn't pay a penny to watch this nonsense and those who are thinking should they consider yourselves warned))

Also I don't get, what's all the hype about, it is average at best, no action, nothing, still waiting for something to happen, most of the dialogues are lame, Ellie's character is seriously obnoxious, it's basically a road trip with nothing going on.

And the third episode, what was all that about, like seriously, I was fast forwarding, I think this is a good background series where you can cook your dinner and just keep an eye on it, cause nothing is happening anyways and that's four episodes in..

Will keep watching, not all the series are great at the beginning, this one is almost half way thru, let's see.

I don't get it, seems like most of the reviews are written by people who's first language is English and they say it's unintelligible, I personally didn't have any problem and English is my third language, didn't find any problems with sound nor anything else that would make it hard to hear or understand what actors were saying.

Also someone wrote that the main character is too young! Too young for what exactly? To be a good policeman, to be a policeman and a woman to be in charge, sounds like some old fart has written the review, who has some issues with young women being smart, in charge and being able to do their job..

Can't also agree that it was predictable, enjoyed it quite a lot.

Way too long and pretty much the only good thing about this movie is Matt Damon and the little girl.

Don't waste your time, don't understand some comments such as "unique story", the story is somewhat known and the ending indeed is weird.. srsly don't bother.

I was so hoping that this season and story line will end, but no, this nonsense will go on in season two, but why, why not to try to save it somehow instead of prolonging this bs, seriously, very disappointing..

Would be too good to be true if they really would've found something new. Such an effort to bring some suspense to their search but a bit of a fail. And the commentary from the so call professionals are worse than from a soap opera. Was really expecting some new discoveries but was left disappointed. They say that the smaller pyramid is not accessible to general public but didn't mention that also the el castillo is not accessible to public to climb up.

Made it barely half way thru, don't waste your time. The acting and special effects are on a new level of horrible..

It was really hard to watch, half the time I was fast forwarding, the beginning was promising but.. not even a good story there, just endless car rides and long goodbyes and that's about it. Find some better use for 2 hrs!
