What an incredibly boring movie. Was awful. Slow. Absolutely painful. Don't waste your time. And sooo low-budget!!! Not sure WHY we didn't turn it off. Lol. Guess we are gluttons for punishment. Sounded like it would be so good in the description. But failed to deliver.

I am not a huge lover of documentary films. but this is just GREAT!!! incredibly sad at times. but, life isn't always a bouquet of roses!! this would have been filmed over a several-year period of time. i loved this. watch it. have about four tissues close by.

I am so disappointed in this!! I really looked forward to seeing it. wanted to see it with my granddaughter.....but that didn't happen. so I bought her the DVD. one of the most annoying things is the volume on this movie was SO LOUD when there was music/singing. so, I was constantly adjusting the volume. (watching on Netflix). I was expecting so much more. wish I could give it a better rating, but I just can't. glad I didn't pay to go see it in the theatres. yikes!

this truly is my all-time fave movie. i love EVERYTHING about it from beginning to end. keanu reeves is wonderful in this. i wish they still made movies like this.

the music, the cinematography, the scenery....PERFECTION.

the best part of all........is FAMILY. this family is perfectly IMPERFECT. LOL. (mostly, of course, the father). but he comes around.

love the TRADITIONS of this family. love that they hold fast to the traditions of their country, and again, family.

love the scene where they are stomping the grapes. again....PERFECT. so much joy and fun.

in conclusion, i loved it. i hated to see it end. which there had been a follow up movie made. a big thank you to the writers of this film for making such a wonderful film that you aren't embarrassed to watch with your family!!!
