Cobra Kai
(2018)

Who is their public target?
I watched the four movies in the 90s, I had anticipated this new series and to see them return on the small screen. However, I'm not totally convinced that this is such a great masterpiece as many would seem to say. I'm already onto the third season and I only like about 50% of all content (the nostalgic parts and movie references). Gave it an extra 20% onto the score because of its revival but still looks as a cheap teen drama soap opera to me.

Don't fret: Picasso's was better
Even though some people were horribly appalled by Einstein's biopic, I can say for sure, Picasso was somewhat more enjoying. I can't really say for sure how did he fight Nazis while protecting his artworks but it kind of shows the image I had of him. So give it a second chance as artistically it's kind of beautiful and amazing.

Sweet November

Some people don't get what is a movie
I really thought it was a beautiful story with a philosophical and different point of view in life and a cute romantic couple who get to know each other. What does one expect from watching a movie? This isn't some crappy script as Sarah's crazy modus operandi has its own reasons and Nelson needs her to find out how to really live his life.

It's evident from the first second
It's a spectacular masterpiece. I wondered why so many SBS shows would mention it even though it wasn't emitted from the same channel. If it's popular, it's really good. It happened the same with The Goblin and Temperature of Love. They are of extremely different genre but they wouldn't stop mentioning them on TV so their sentiment is equal to quality.

Prometheus
(2012)

Didn't expect anything, I was tense all time
Notice: I wasn't hyped at all as I'm not a geeky cinephile. I found it highly entertaining and I was tense all the time, loved it. Technically, however...

1. A little ALIEN-ish. 2. Clichéd as the main hero is the only one to survive but loved how the main character was a woman. 3. Unnecesary/convenient second sex scene, they could be more realistic, like falling asleep from deprivation, sickness, etc. 4. The most absurd thing: Why a robot would redye his hair (roots)? He doesn't need a body to live, I don't get how he has to retouch some "natural" hair in the first place. (refer to first scenes when David watches an old movie he's obsessed with) 5. 3737282866 reasons to find bad things and incongruencies.

My favourite scene was the caesarian procedure. It was interesting and I'm well aware there was once a doctor who operated on himself for appendicitis, so...

Don't hate it hut I didn't fall in love. I had contradicting feelings about this movie.

It's interesting but flawed.
Storywise, I think it was original enough but if I were to point out some negative points there would be only a few to mention. Sometimes, when you get to explore out in the open, it's difficult where to go despite having a journal who guides you. It's misguiding and I fell into death a couple of times while jumping down from some building or platform.

Another thing is the chapter's length. Some of them would get me hours to finish up and some others were finished in five minutes, literally.

Perhaps there was a little trial-and-error in some scenarios. That got me playing the same thing again and again until I was lucky enough to figure it all out.

They happened to mention the autosave feature. It saves where I don't want it and I can't go back and restart my initial strategy. You have to adapt yourself to your mistakes; this game doesn't forgive you.

The Boss Baby
(2017)

Good for kids nowadays, clichéd for 90s kids
If you were a 90s kid and watched the famous 'Rugrats' you'll find it amusing, entertaining and funny but somewhat mediocre. Personally, I'm usually disappointed as the animation industry focus too much in short-term attention-seeking rather than long-term classic immortality. There were some comical remarks that are plausible but somehow I couldn't fall in love with the movie as it got predictable. It doesn't matter how old you are to love it, I firmly believe children nowadays have a vast repertory of animated movies to watch and can compare one from the others.

Requiescant
(1967)

It's a very good film despite not being directed by Sergio Leone's
Carlo Lizzani is more of a realistic director as he didn't intend to be spectacular and impressive in any of the details. Real-life facts like killing and humiliation make the work done.

The BSO is not its forte so that's why I didn't give it 10 stars but it was more centered around the story. There's too many scenes that are silent with the only sound of footsteps, horses, guns and crying -except when there's a peaceful scene where some little melody appears and in the opening and closing scenes.

The main antagonist (a lot of western-fans know him) is well developed as a character and he can be quite contradictory with morals as any politician would. There are many philosophic stuff so it's quite agreeable when giving sense to life and death and the script in general was well done. I think the script is what was best done in the whole story and I don't agree with people who think that they were silly games because I'm aware those games existed and still exist nowadays.

The photography can be quite catching to the eye but in this film is very realistic and the quality is quite ordinary. There's no "paysage scenes" (if you know what I mean in Western films) as is always centered in the people and surroundings.
