Back to back scenes of heartbreaks and "oh s##t" moments. This episode had a tough task to build up for the Series Finale, and boy the task was done perfect! Vince's direction, and acting by all the artists was so connecting. No spoilers, but there are moments where you'll cry with the character(s), and you'll definitely feel an urge to get into the universe and give the character(s) a tight hug. Not many shows make us feel that way, do they?

This phrase is spoken so many times by so many people, and let me contribute too: BRAVO VINCE!

Okay, I'll try to keep this review spoiler free.

This episode and previous episode together make this show one of the greatest in history of world television. Us, who were watching this episode to bury what happened in previous episode, had no idea that the hole was about to get deeper and nail biting. Such brilliant work in connecting the threads, and the pace at which the story is told! Kim, Jimmy, Lalo, Gustavo, Mike, watching all of them in parallel action actually is one of the greatest experience I had. Kudos to writers too, such a gripping story.

The thought that 5 episodes are left, really makes me excited! A lot has happened, and a lot yet to. Vince Gilligan, you rock!

Let me begin by telling you that I saw "Madras Cafe" few years back and never thought that Shoojit could make a better movie than that, it seemed THAT perfect to me. However, I was wronged, when saw "Sardar Udham (2021)" on Amazon Prime, and was struck deeply by the silent-to-the-world aftermath of Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, which is rarely discussed in History Books but shown loud and clear in the movie. I can't do justice in this small review with limited words about how perfectly the time period between 1920s to 1940s is shown in the movie. The sets, backgrounds, incidents, screenplay, dialogue and costumes are so well researched (this thing is missed in most bollywood historical movies), I praise everyone who were behind it. Vicky Kaushal gives his 100% and successfully justifies great "Shaheed Udham Singh" ji. Other than him, rest of the cast are also impactful.

Now, coming to the core story, the best thing about "Sardar Udham" is that it not just tells you a story and gives you a 'history lesson', but makes you ask questions about everyone's actions involved, and through its non-linear story, gives you answers of them one by one. This makes it A MUST WATCH!

Lastly, I want to say that this movie matches the level of Spielberg's Schindler's List, which is hardest to match (also, which is my favorite movie). Hats off to Shoojit and team!

The last episode, matters a lot, if not most, in any series. If you ruin it, you ruin the whole series. "Defending Jacob" did the same. A lot of things went quick in the last episode, and rest of the episodes in series move slower than my gradma. If the finale was good, I would have rated it 8. I'm sorry.
