Mischievous Kiss
(2010)

It's ok
In their high school years, it was funny and cute. But proceeding onto their college years, you would think the female lead would mature. But instead, she was still a whinny, crying and a bit too clingy girl. Whilst the male lead was always trying to make her study or become a better person, it seems like her priority was to interfere in every aspect of the male lead life. I think it would've been a better plot line if she became independent, better herself and learned to be a better person. Then the male lead would've realized what a true gem she was.

Was It Love

I love this drama!
This k-drama series is definitely worth the watch! I'm only on episode 6 now and the suspense of the next episode release has me on the edge of my seat! Basically the movie is about a single mother who has been struggling for 14 years to be financially stable to take care of her daughter and mother. Down the road, she meets 3 guys from her past and you can't help but wonder who is potentially her daughters father. Throw in a rugged, yet intimidating loan shark in present day who has taken an interest in her as well. Oh the drama!! This series is definitely funny, heart warming and full of twists, I can't wait for the next episode. I highly recommend to watch!

Binge watched was worth it!!
I love Korean movies displayed during the Joseon period and as a thriller fan myself, I binged watched this movie (season 1 and 2) in 2 nights and I must say that it edge if the seat, suspenseful and thrilling movie from beginning to end. I enjoyed it and the characters and director did a wonderful job on this one. I recommend it if you haven't watched it yet.

Best K-drama so far....
I've watched my fair share of k-drama. So far, you start noticing the repertoire Of ROM-COM where two guys are battling for the love of the main actress lead. But with "Another Miss Oh" I find a more refreshing palate. Two main lead are going through the motion of falling in love but too many obstacles in their way. Main actress is funny and just lays her feelings all down in the open. Main actor is reluctant because he had acquired new phenomenal power and had seen what the future potentially brings. But throughout their journey, you can't help but fall in love with these two main leads. Their chemistry is bursting through the screen and I couldn't help grinning at times like an idiot 😜. You have the support of all the supporting characters and each role played is an essential contribution . So basically, you got the best friend support, the disapproval of parents, the crazy yet funny sidekick(s) that gets you through the rough days...I mean, I could watch this drama over and over again and this is coming from someone that doesn't like to repeat already watched movies. It's heartfelt and their kisses and hugs make me believe in true love. You'll laugh, cry and even get frustrated but all in all, just wonderful. So it's definitely a high recommendation for me and hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.

Not exciting
I love movies in the Joseon period. But the princess character in this series irked me. Didn't feel like it was interesting. The guy who played scholar was ok but because of the princess character, I think that totally killed the vibe. Their relationship was more comical if anything. Didn't feel a strong vibe to it. I find it boring and couldn't even finish the episode 4.

Cheese in the Trap
(2018)

Pointless
I don't see the whole point of this movie. I mean, I thought that because a lot of fans were demeaning to know what happened in the end of the k-drama series, they made this movie to appease their curiosity. But in fact, the k-drama series was way better and not to mention, the movie was just like high lighted points of the series. Nothing new in the end. So that's why I rated it 3 stars because for me it's pointless. Don't get me wrong, the k-drama series was good and definitely worth the binge watching. I'd rather just watch the series and you'll know what happened in the movie...it's just in more detail

A Madea Family Funeral
(2019)

Total disappointment
I have been a madea fan for as long as I can remember. Most of Tyler Perry's movie had a lot of family issues that people can relate to and sometimes, had important messages/lessons in them. But this Madea movie I felt was rushed. Tyler added another character (like he wasn't playing enough as it is). It seemed like they were running out of material ideas and just rushed this movie to get it out there. Was not as funny as previous ones and some parts was just painful to watch that I just wanted to stop the movie. So yeah total disappointment for me.
