Holiday Harmony
(2022)

I'm moving to Harmony Springs!
A bit thick with the syrup. Can't understand why Gail is idolized like the second coming of Christ, given how ungrateful she seems, and just the 2 weeks they know her. Casting seems a bit mismatch between the lead characters. And how did they managed to fly her back for the gala in time for streaming her on I heart? Jeremy not only fixed her van, but renovated the inside, and all she did was said "thanks"? Honestly the back story of the people in harmony springs was more interesting, and heartfelt, than a drifter with no money driving across the country to sing. Gave it a 6 for a quick and breezy movie.

Father of the Bride
(2022)

Father of the Dumb Woke
Sir the bridge has collapsed. But we have a wedding on the other side. The bridge has COLLAPSED idiots!

They grew up in Florida and just found out about the path and impact of the hurricane two days before the wedding?

Hollywood woke points: immigrants at the border, lesbian, female proposing.

Top Gun: Maverick
(2022)

Best Superhero movie since original Superman
Remember when action movies left you cheering at the end? TGM is full of heart and thrilling action sequences. Great father son movie with Mav and Rooster, great buddy movie with all the action and team work, and great date movie with Mav and Penny.

From Zero to I Love You
(2019)

A movie to celebrate cheaters! Yay!
Not a bad watch per say, and I'm glad at least the story gave a voice to those that were cheated on (ie the wife and gay fiance), but the happy ending is a bit much by providing positivity to both to the main characters who were CHEATERS! The part when married man yelled at his wife for knowing about his gay past and not supporting him in his journey was cringy. Like he was the victim in all this. The writer should have made the wife stronger and slapped his arse. The fiance who also got cheated was the best, strong and decisive with his kicking his cheater partner to the curb.

Good Joe Bell
(2020)

The movie should be called The Coward
What a hero, leaving your family for many months just when they needed you the most. And guess what, the family suffered even further when you end up dead! They portrayed Joe as a very annoying, unlikable, anger issue character. The only likable character is the younger son. The mom and him should have been the ones leaving.

Locked In
(2021)

Meri Servana must needed an income
Oh geez let me count the ways how stupid this "movie" is.

1. The phone apparently doesn't work for no given reason at the office.

2. Dumb Mom witnessed murder but yet failed to convey that to her daughter at the bathroom.

3. Dumb mom loves to give out more personal info to the killers capturing her. Oh yea, let discuss about my husband and daughter.

4. Dumb Mom and daughter in the middle of quick decision making to escape but yet rather spend time on rehashing why mommy and daddy no longer together.

5. Dumb mom likes to bang killers in the head cold and just run, and not just banging them any further.

6. Dumb mom tells daughter to stay near the car but not run for help!

7. Dumb mom WITH A GUN negotiating a killer WITHOUT A GUN for her car keys? Instead of just you know, shoot him? Not to be outdone, dumber daughter decides to run in the path of the killer to be captured.

8. Killer got shot and the handcuffed him to the police car. But just his one hand. Hmm, I wonder if he would escape.

9. Dumb mom decides to attack the detective durin his struggle with the killer.

10. Dumb mom witnessed killing in the beginning and instead of driving her and daughter for help, decides to go back in.

11. A month after all this trauma, dumb mom is promoted to manager of same store seemingly happy.

Notice the dumb theme in all of these.

After We Collided
(2020)

I lost a few brain cells watching this....
A movie with plot catering to high school girls but with sex scenes for mature audience? Sure, let's continue loving a guy after his punching father! Much less in public. How can someone this immature get hired at a prestigious firm? And they swoop from US to London and back at a whim like money grows on tree. Ooh, I read my gf texts on her promotion so I just storm out the room. And double ooh, I walked into my bf conservation and misheard and just storm out the house.

Nate & Jeremiah Save My House
(2020)

A bit narcissistic but ok background tv
So I've seen several shows already, and like any other home make over shows, it makes for good background tv. What annoys me is the bit narcissistic of the couple. They are being PAID by the homeowners for their service, but yet every show they do this surprise intro as if they are Jesus and Mary. And I just saw an episode last night when they are being paid to renovate a homeless shelter/covenant house. They drove up in their fancy Mercedes G class SUV with an MSRP of $130,000. I get it's their money but that a bit tone deaf.

Also, like other home shows, their always mistakes during the process. But unlike say, an unanticipated bad piping, their are more like wrong measurements. WTF!? And they get a show? They show a clip of them flipping a table with drawers pointing down, almost causing damages. Are they that amateur? And lastly, it always annoying when they are on camera doing work, Jeremiah is always dressed as if he on a fashion runway with a hat. At least chip and Joanna dressed as if they are actually working.

So 1 star for good background tv, and 4 stars because I wouldn't kick them out of bed.

A Very Brady Sequel
(1996)

We need more Bradys in Hollywood today!
This movie is more fun watching today then other overlying social heavy, agenda driven, and too serious crap Hollywood put out nowadays. This movie is so silly, inappropriate inuedos, funny, and yet felt innocent all at once. Some funny lines in the movie:

Greg: Marcia looks so hot in ropes. Mr brady: where's Marcia?. Cindy: she's getting lei by the hawian boys. Mrs brady: I wish I can be gay again, with Marcia, Jen, and Cindy

Love, Simon
(2018)

Pretty vanilla
1. So he just got outed as gay, and by the cruelest way, and his friends are over dramatic and more concerned abt their childish non-issues?

2. A very liberal mom, but yet said nothing but sober facial when he came out to them?

3. The annoying guy that outed him, so he was treated the same by everyone as if nothing happened? And nick didn't punch him in the parking lot?

4. His young sister told their dad to "shut the hell up" and that's ok?

5. And why does ppl that write reviews on here rehashing the plot? Like readers don't already knows the gist of the movie!

Money Monster
(2016)

Great comedy, bad drama
Only in hollywood would they make a movie where a guy holding hostage with gun and bomb is a victim. And this guy was clever enough to walk pass security but yet dumb enough to be detected wondering around on air with no clue? And before he put the bomb vest on to Clooney, no one could tackle him? There were like 5 other camera men and Clooney!

Home Again
(2017)

Plot is not believable
So a 40 mom met 3 male strangers at a bar and bring them home where her 2 young daughters live? On top of that, trust the strangers to be alone with them? And grandma and kids dad have no beef at all.

Are we supposed to feel sorry for a rich single mom when her boy toy missed her dinner date? And for 3 "homeless" people, they are the best groomed and dressed I've seen.

I watched this for free and would pay not to watch it.

Unforgettable
(2017)

Dumb characters
Some laughable parts: 1. Julia character is hard to like. Girlfriend, spit out what you want to say and stop moping! 2. When the stabbed ex bf saw Tessa, he knew it was her doing that quickly? While in pain! 3. Duh, phone missing, ring missing, watch missing, unknown phone calls. Yet they can't put 2 and 2 together. 4. Dumb police. Like it's hard to believe someone else can create a fake Facebook account? 5. After she was released with doubts from police, they found her at her fiancé ex house, dead, fiancé beaten, and they all of a sudden believe her? 6. And who stabs someone in the leg in own house and drives away? 7. Julia seems to navigate Tessa mansion pretty well, under stress much less. 8. And how did fiancé afford that house in LA!

Kidnap
(2017)

Great comedy, bad thriller
Concur with other reviewers on the stupidity of the plot and characters. Additionally, if my kid was ever kid napped, I guarantee you that I will yell top of my lungs for help! And guarantee you that almost all will stop and help me. The strangers in this movie acts like dumb robots, just pointing to the nearest police station instead of helping her out? And the yappy kid at end was annoying. Should have left him kid napped! And those girls too!

Looking
(2014)

Annoying Characters
No wonder it got cancelled after 2 seasons. The characters are so annoying.

Some Spoiler Alert

Patrick - wishy washy, passive aggressive. Following Ritchie like a puppy when Ritchie told him multiple times he is not ready to get back. Or when he want to talk about something, then immediately says unless you don't want to? When he asked Kevin if he had ever hooked up while with his ex, like duh? Hello, he cheated on his ex for you! Etc, etc.

Kevin - hard to root for a main character who is a cheater. And the plot didn't dwell into why he and his ex didn't get along, because all the scenes together they were like a model happy couple.

Ritchie - what a boring dude. I would fall asleep if I was dating him. You would think someone that hit on somebody on a subway would have a lively personality. And he has the audacity to be dramatic when he trying to help Patrick bow-tie while he is driving and bringing weed to a family wedding? It just doesn't make sense.

Agustin - what a loser, and how does he keeps on partying and eating out when he didn't have a job?

Dom - only character that was slightly bearable, but that dramatic scene with him and ex in the lobby didn't add up to his type of personality.

John - Kevin ex, only character likable, but then he isn't the main character so he was spared from the bad writing.
