ER: Blizzard
(1994)
Episode 10, Season 1

Superb episode
Blizzard is one of the best episodes in the first season. As the other reviewer points out the sequence with Dr Bob was the highlight of the episode. However the reviewer was wrong in thinking Dr Bob would be featured in coming episodes. This was a mistake by the ER writers since the evolution of Dr Bob would have made a great storyline.

As much as I loved this series ( at least for the first 10 years ) the writers should have developed her character and they never should have killed off the Dr Romano character. I would love to see him doing battle with Archie Morris. It might have salvaged the last few seasons which had turned into a prime time soap opera with all the romantic entanglements among the staff.

ER: The Chicago Way
(2008)
Episode 19, Season 14

Holbrook & Buscemi
Hal Holbrook, Steve Buscemi and the ending earned a 9 star rating for this episode. The show has really gone downhill the last few years but this was one of the better episodes. Also, took a few viewings but I finally found the.culprit responsible for the bombing--------the background character in the ambulance bay.

Like many others I grew tired of the budding and failing romances between the medical staff characters Seems like the writers got lazy or just couldn't come up with any decent subplots. To me the series started losing it when they killed the Dr Romano character and the way it was done. That said, I do get a kick out of Archie Morris.

ER: Chaos Theory
(2002)
Episode 1, Season 9

A show with foresight
Aired almost 20 years ago to the date and what does this episode treat? Monkey pox.

That said this season marks the beginning of the post-Greene era and unfortunately, the beginning of the slide into an ordinary series. It starts with The Rocket Romano losing his arm and that will eventually lead to his departure from the series. Never should have killed off his character.

ER: Two Ships
(2005)
Episode 8, Season 12

Jet Blue and competitors could not have been a advertisers
How many plane/helicopter crashes did this show have? I recall Dr Greene transporting a patient and they had an emergency landing in some industrial area. Rocket Romano not only loses his arm.but also his life to two helicopter mishaps. Now this airplane disaster. Enough already!

ER: Finders Keepers
(2003)
Episode 18, Season 9

One of my favorite episodes
Featuring one of my favorite characters, Robert Rocket Romano------ the Equal Opportunity Insulter. "Pituatary Boy, Green Card, Igor", et al. Makes Dr Mark Craig of St Elswhere seem like a seasoned diplomat. Never should have written his character off because he brought excitement to the show. Would have really helped in the last few seasons when the show was on its' last legs.
