At the moment of reviewing this film, it is my favorite film of all time. This review is biased and I will do my best to give my opinion. The visuals of the film are beautiful, making the cyberpunk dystopian landscape of California look like a neon paradise, and the great acting by Ryan Gosling makes you often forget that you are watching a film. The story revolves around a replicant who struggles to come to terms with his humanity. The unhappy ending reminds us that life is not always perfect, but that imperfection is what makes it perfect. Over all a great movie, and one that I can not stop talking about to those close to me.
