I came across this movie while I was looking for a horror movie and after watching some trailers here and there, I chose to give it a try. Frankly saying it should not be categorized as horror movie and I can understand the low points people gave to the movie, as they expected to watch a real horror. But if you know this fact, them the movie suddenly turns into a good drama with good filming, directing and pretty good scenario and fine ending. I'm not sure if my tase is different from the rest of the crowd, but, I, for myself, loved watching the movie from end to end. There are times that you cannot judge a book by its cover, and I think the film deserve high rank than this.

It was so bad that I didn't think that even it deserved any review, but I pushed myself to warn people about what is waiting for them if they decide to get the ticket! There are just a few examples that I couldn't help myself thinking of getting out of the cinema to take a breath!

The so-called special effects were like some amateur from 80s was created them!! The acts were terrible, the story were awful and the dubbing in Turkish was like a torture!!

Usually, I search the movies and review they critics before going to cinema or watching them, but the name of the movie fooled my into thinking that "Conjuring" had something to do with the famous "The Conjuring" movie I watched years ago. But the name is misleading. This movie has nothing to do with them and I recommend everyone stay away from this.

Everything was good which is expected when you build a movie based on true events. But what was interesting and uncanny, the Jodie (police woman) got a plane ticket to Iran and it was written on the gate entrance "Iran Royal Airlines". It's is unbelievable that the writer or director of the movie didn't even know that "Iran Royal Airlines" was r name which was used 40 years ago before the Islamic revolution. Also the director thought that the Arabian person they showed in the movie who had come to get the girls by his personal jet was from Iran ( which is why the Jodie decided to go to "Iran" to track down the Arabians there I think). It's really shocking that in the era of internet, not a villager, but some movie director is so ignorant in this level. I ask them to take a book around them and first read about what they are going to build.

The plot seemed promising at the beginning, but when it ends after 3 seasons, it left lots of gaps and uncompleted stories which points to the immaturity of the scenario. For most of characters I expected to see at least effective role in the whole scenario, but almost all of them dropped silently in a very basic ways, which left you think "so what? Is this it? Really? Why I started to follow these characters, if they had nothing to do at all? " It was amateurly written, full of gaps with undefined characters popping up suddenly in some parts and disappear as they entered, again suddenly! And also it was very predictable. Don't recommend it.

It deserved every minute I spent to watch. I don't think the story to be any good than this. After 45 minutes or an hour, you might think you've got enough but I can assure you that might be just 20% of the whole. I really love eastern Asian movies, because most of them have something to tell, far better than Hollywood-made ones which mostly rely on special effects and fake starts jumping here and there! What a great story and shocking twists.

I watched the movie and was waiting for something to happen trusting on the relatively above average points it got, but nothing happened. If I want to tell the story for someone else, I will barely find anything to say. the movie had not any story to tell, just ordinary one which can be found everywhere. I gave 2 points, because I managed to finish it, otherwise I probably would give just one point. It's not horror, not story-teller, not adventure and not thriller.

I would like to say the last word first! I never expected where the story took me and it was pleasing, twisted and heart-melting story which made my jaw dropped. I didn't expected the movie was that great at all. Scenario was greatly planned and movie direction got a little bit faster at the 2nd half of the movie. It was 2-hours joy.

The story was very good and movie grasp my attention. I didn't expect what was going to happen and the ending was well planned. It's interesting that this movie has gotten the low points so far. But for my taste, I'm really satisfied for the time I spent to watch this great movie.

So what? someone got the camera and started to make Halloween movie for kids! There was no any scenario, no any reason behind the events, no character relations, no start and no end!! I wonder what the writer though while decided to o something like this?! I recommend him to try his luck in another thing and leave the movie making for someone expert.

Wow! what a series! I just finished the 1st season but as the story went, I was dragged into it even more. The scenario is fantastically written to be full of suspense and thrills. Characters were great and so was acting. I just hope the series continue at least couple of seasons, cause I don't want to lose a great joy. some weeks ago I'd given 9 points, but now I changed it to 10, which in my view point, it really deserve 10/10.

Actually I wan not die-hard fan of fantasy and adventure till recent years, but after being forced to watch some movies and series, I started to watch those kind too. Regarding to the Swamp Thing, It was a good experience and made me watch the whole season in just 4 days. I think it has a strong potential to be another great adventure/fantasy series if producers decide to release another seasons. I hope so!

It was my first show on Youtube Premium and I really loved it. The story was great, the acting was even better, specially Henry. The quality of the show convinced me to keep my YT Premium account but if YT decides to cancel the show without a reasonable explanation, it will be proof of inconsistency of the @youtube Originals team. So I hope they release more seasons as long as the story has something interesting to tell. The way the last episode of the 2nd season ended, promises more episodes to come but we'll see.

Considering the casting crew, I thought it would be really great but as I watched episodes My mind has changed. Now I think the main problem of the movie is its casting indeed. If you had ever watched Beren Saat and Mehmet Günsür, you will know how bad they are in the Atiye (or The Gift). It might seem like a joke but at first I thought they hadn't paid enough for this movie so they decided to act terribly and they were right if their intention was ruining the movie and absolutely their own resume.

I mostly like movies that has great scenario which keep up with the direction the movie takes along to the end. I found this movie beautifully organized and well directed which followed the great scenario it had. I barely give a movie 8 points or greater till it has something to tell, something to make you think or something different from others and I gave 9 points to this great movie. I recommend this movie to all who might liked Inception or similar movies despite it has smaller scope than those.

I watched the 1st movie and liked it so I was waiting for the 2nd part and I liked it even more. Unlike most of the movies which their directors ruin the movie just for gaining the money because of the success of the first part, this movie is among the ones which has its own story but keeping its main focus the same as previous one, and I think the director did a great job on this. If they keep the same quality and develop the already-interesting scenario, I will like the 3rd part too. Anyway, I recommended this movie and hope to see the 3rd part too.

I watched this movie today, despite its current points, which is under 5 out of 10, but It was fantastic and meaningful. The story keeps you sit down and wait up to the end. What I liked more about this movie is that it has been filmed like a documentary movie and this alone gives you goosebumps sometimes. The other thing that I liked is its story and message it gave. Nowadays we need more like this than movies created just as commercials and full of actions, fighting scenes, etc. It absolutely deserves 7 points, but because of its message I gave 8 and recommend everyone to watch it.

I found this movie in the recommendation part of the page while I was writing a review about "Tell No One", another great movie that had been created based on the novel by "Harlan Coben". the IMDb points had given me high expectation because it was higher than 7 and I'm glad to watch it. It was great movie with shocking end just like what I like to see in the movies or read in the books. full mysterious movies make me stick to the seat and follow every move the characters made till to the end and this movie got great point from me because it is not like most of the movies nowadays we can see in the theaters, which are combination of violence, guns, unbelievable scenes, superhuman heroes, bla, bla, bla. this movie was believable enough to stand alone and get attention. also I have just a small criticism. why didn't the man in custody want and request for a lawyer at all while he needed it so badly? it is one of the mistakes that the director has made, from my viewpoint.

this film was based on a novel by Harlan Coben which is among my favorite authors. I didn't aware of this film, so I read the novel before watching the movie. all I can say that the movie had good and bad things side by side. if you read the original novel and then watch the movie you can easily find out that the novel and the characters are more deep than the ones in the movie. after I finished the novel, I was shocked and as I remember, I couldn't forget the movie that I had read!. yes the novel had given me such a great feeling. anyway, the director could work on characters a little bit more. such a complex scenario with complex connections between characters need to be displayed and told a little bit more, so someone without knowledge about the story could understand it. if you think that the movie was great, please consider reading the original book with the same name as the movie by Harlan Coben. He has more than 20 great novels like this, full of mysterious things which make you love him :)

I have not seen any film like this in recent years! The film starts, you begin to watch the movie, and it ends while you want to watch! I didn't mean that it is great movie that you probably don't want to reach its end, but rather, I meant exactly the opposite. It likes that someone has cut the original movie in 100 pieces and picked just 10 of them from exact the middle and created this partial film eventually. After it ends, you will notice that you cannot say anything about the beginning, where the film was started. And even you cannot say anything about the ending; and this is what I actually meant while talking about "partial film" the story has no start, nor end and you feel that this movie should has part 1, 2, 3 and 4 where this movie should be watched, and parts 6, 7 and 8 should exist. No story exists! There is a family that lives normally till suddenly the exact same copy of them are starting to come out from inside the mirror and kills the other copy, one by one, but you cannot find any scene, speech, fragment. Etc about the reason for this happenings. There is no story that the film follows, why these copy comes from inside the mirror? What was happen at the past of these characters, so they are going to be killed? What is the relevance between the characters, their lives, the story, the start, the end, and so on and so forth? Maybe you find yourself sticked to the movie at the first, but while it reach to the end, you will feel empty! Yes, you can find horror-movie-like background music during the whole time, but it is like you are standing out of the cinema, and listening to it without knowing what is going on inside. With very poor scenario and very poor characters, there is nothing to say about this movie. The final words: just crappy movie that dreamed to be categorized as horror! But it failed very bad! If you don't believe me, you van take your chance and waste your 90 minutes of your time to believe me!

the file is awesome. the beginning reminds you some old movies which goes in linear manner. I mean up to the half of the movie, there is no special thing in the story, but the scenes and the background music keeps you watching it anyway. but believe me it worth to watch every minutes of it. I watched this movie with my wife together while she normally doesn't like the horror movies, because they are like comedy movies these days; but this movie, how the story starts and end will freeze you at the end without doubt. frankly saying, it can be classified a thriller and drama rather than horror, because it doesn't have any horror scene at all. I appreciate the scenarist for the great story and the director for great movie. these days you cannot find such a movie that makes you feel satisfaction at the end. I gave this movie 8 out of 10 and recommend everyone to sit and watch it from the beginning to the very last minute of the movie.

great scenario! A nice job from Turkey in horror genre. I did not expect such a movie from a director in Turkey; but he did his best and he deserves a hooray ;) At the first, the film starts as if you're watching from the middle, but as the time elapse, all of the parts takes their places and form a big picture and at the end, you notice that you just watched a good movie and it was not a waste of time. this film has previous versions too but I've not watched them. but after watching this movie, I would prefer to go for them too, despite I'm not a good fan of a horror movies, specially the ones that is based on paranormal things. for those of you that don't speak Turkish, I wish you could find a subtitle and watch it, as it has a good story behind.
