Don't Worry Darling
(2022)

If it had of stuck more to the script it would have been perfect!
What I like about this movie is that it makes you use you mind rather than hold your hand and spoon-feed you every little bit of info, the answers are already there, all you have to do is look.

The plot was good and well thought out, but it did deter quite a bit from the script and left out bits that would have added to the movie, but I suppose they had to soften is for the more delicate viewers.

The twist and turns in this are quite clever and this does have an old vibe to it which is good and certainly different from the constant action-packed movies or the over the top romantic ones we have these days.

Florence Pughs acting was absolutely amazing, and had the movie stuck more to the original script rather than focus on sex and being oh so glamorous, it would have been more so.

Overall it is a pretty good movie, even if half of it was missing.

Action packed fun!
Non-stop action and definitely how a female assassin would behave, none of this pouting, posing or crying, just actual kicking ass and a good storyline about being out to kill the guy that has technically already killed you while getting help from the kid you previously kidnapped.

Even though the twist is not something new the story does lead up to it in an epic way.

Amazing music, brilliant acting, epic fight scenes, no pointless love scenes and one very persistent desire to get Boom Boom Lemon, absolutely love it!

There is no spoilers in this post so I will not be marking it as such.

Swerve
(2016)

Fascinating Story and Compelling Characters
We follow Elise on a journey of self-discovery, where she finds friends who would change her life in a way she would not have known, she would find the importance connection, of love, loss and heartache.

She is faced with many major decisions, leading to anger, desire for revenge, feeling lost, reconnecting with old friends and a chance of love once again.

But the the question is, will she finally stay where she is wanted and loved or will she inevitably and without meaning to, swerve.

This show is like a mental addiction, it has you thinking more about life and it's meaning, the story is fascinating and the characters are so compelling that you cannot help but feel for them.

I have extremely high hopes for the cast after watching this.

Jupiter's Legacy
(2021)

Humans and Heroes
The review-bombing of this show goes to prove how good this is, especially since attacking shows is the new trend afterall.

This show has a captivating story that does not need to hold your hand and treat you like a 5 year-old that needs guiding through it, it has two story's in one, it invests you and immerses you and you don't want to look away.

Jupiter's Legacy tackles not only human issues but the problems heroes would face if they were real, the choice between what is supposed to be right and what would be easy, So the question is, if a bad person is willing to kill just because they can, should you defend yourself and retaliate or should you do nothing and accept your so-called fate?

But in all truth, to be truly good, you must be more evil than evil itself, because evil does not care who it hurts and walks away, whereas the truly good must make sure what is evil never gets back up to hurt others ever again.

I do hope we get to see more of characters like the real Blackstar and Iron Orchid as well as others from the comics.

Looking forward to season 2.

Charlie's Angels
(2019)

Love this movie!
Action-packed, entertaining and fun. I didn't know that Kristen Stewarts secret was that she is brilliant at comedy! One of the best Charlie's Angels movie ever! Great for all, but if you are a woman you will definitely love this movie.

Captain Marvel
(2019)

Captain Marvel blends seamlessly into the MCU
As I watched this movie I noticed one very important thing, this was definitely a Superhero movie. It focused on the hero's journey to self discovery, about what was right and what was wrong and most importantly how to stand up against all odds and take charge. It was fun, full of humour, entertaining, very action-packed and relevant to Avengers: Endgame. I will definitely be watch Captain Marvel again and would advise others to give this movie a shot, if not for the story, than most definitely for Goose. Also contrary to what was said before this movie was released, there was no hating on men in this movie, in fact there was some truly remarkable men in this and yes, of all of them I do mainly mean Nick Fury. Poor guy.
