  • From the film the boy Hedge is doing things very well and although his role is quite interesting and is one of the strongest points of this story, who is more rewarding is Julia Roberts, who delivers her best performance since August: Osage County and she reminds you that she can still act quite well and honestly it's good to see her like that again.
  • Warning: Spoilers
The lead character is as endearing as he is repellant and his arch nemesis is as weird and awful as they come. This is a world peopled with dark, deep and multilayered characters. Couldn't stop watching.
  • The acting was amazing. I'll give you that. The contents made me feel uncomfortable with how liberally slanted it was, and I'm a liberal.
  • Season two of Hannibal was absolutely amazing, introducing mason verger and amplifying the the performance of Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy to another level, One of the few series out there requiring a few viewings to truly grasp. Bryan Fuller and Thomas Harris really blew this out of the park.
