Why take over a beloved series and totally change it? 2 episodes in and I am throughly disappointed that there is no Aaron Lightner and Michael Curry. If you had read the books, you know how central these characters are. They didn't even get the emerald right!! There are so many descriptions for that important piece of jewelry. The cast has no influence on how the writers portray this story. I think they are working with the mediocrity they were given. Guess watch it if you need something to watch but don't look for the book in this series. I was so excited and now I will just go read the series again. Kinda let down.

Amy Schumer kills it for us. We loved last season. We hope she isn't in every episode. Love Martin Short and Steve Martin and the cast from last season.

Fun, feels good movie and totally unexpected. Better than WW84. Watch this!!

While the episode was fine, the setting for Lubbock, Texas was absolutely laughable. The campus portrayed looks nothing like Texas Tech University, even the letter jacket a student was wearing wasn't even university colors. I think the History Channel could have done a little better job doing a little bit of research on the setting for this supposededly historically accurate space alien encounter.
