Ooh, isn't it nice to have Bake Off back? Sure, we're only getting it for four nights this week for a Sport Relief special series, but given how very January we feel, this is just enough to keep us happy. From the moment Sue was telling us to grease our muffin trays and grab our jugs, we were mentally sitting outside on a spring day tucking into a sponge.
Bonnie Wright, Johnny Vaughan, Michael Vaughan and Samantha Bond were on hand to show off their baking skills... or lack of them. And of course, there were plenty of brilliant moments for us to sink our teeth into (apart from the scones we'd brought along for snacking, of course). Read on for our favourite bits from the episode...
The Signature Bake - Sandwich Biscuits
We were told that sandwich biscuits are an "easy way to break in our Sport Relief bakers". Try telling them that.

Bonnie Wright was named Star Baker in tonight's episode of The Great Sport Relief Bake Off.
The Harry Potter star beat Outnumbered's Samantha Bond, cricketer Michael Vaughan and radio and television host Johnny Vaughan to win over Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood and take home the coveted apron.
"I'll wear it when I'm baking at home," Wright vowed. "I don't want to wash off the nice messages from Paul and Mary."
While Berry and Hollywood were not overly impressed with Wright's sandwich biscuits, she produced the best tarte Tatin and also wowed the judges with her showstopper cake - a recreation of the Cowes regatta.
Johnny Vaughan struggled consistently throughout the competition - largely down to the fact that for the first two rounds he accidentally used the grill setting on his oven - but left Berry and Hollywood surprised with his competent sponge in the final round.

If you're annoyed that it's still January, then don't worry - we're in for a treat tonight as The Great British Bake Off is back for its Sport Relief celebrity-packed edition!
The show will return to BBC Two this evening with Michael Vaughan, Bonnie Wright, Samantha Bond and Johnny Vaughan all doing their best to impress Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
While Michael Vaughan seems more interested in giving Mary Berry a big kiss on the cheek, the celebrity bakers will be tasked with whipping up some tasty treats as part of the effort to raise money for charity.
Among the foods the first four celebrities will be attempting to make are sandwiched biscuits and tarte tatin.
However, the showstopper bake - a 3D novelty cake representing a sporting event - is expected to separate out the pack, with Bond appearing to struggle with her baking in the picture above.

Barker remains as a member of the judging panel and will play a major role in this year's 60th anniversary show.
