Marvel Releases Custom Comic Book Covers for College Football Kickoff
For those of you who follow sports, a new season of college football is about to begin. To celebrate the first week of college football Marvel has created a series of special edition "Road to the College Football Playoffs" comic book covers.
There are six covers and each one promotes one of games on the schedule for that opening week that will air on ABC and Espn. Each cover features the team mascots battling each other on a football field. I’ve included the dates and times for each of the games below the art.
On Saturday, September 3, No. 3 Oklahoma Sooners go on the road to face No. 12 Houston Cougars (Noon Et, ABC), No. 6 Lsu Tigers head to Lambeau Field to take on the Wisconsin Badgers (3:30 p.m. Et, ABC), No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide, the defending National Champions, and No. 19 USC Trojans will square off at At&T Stadium (Arlington,...
