Marvel Already Set Up Punisher's MCU Future After Daredevil: Born Again
While The Punisher is returning to the MCU in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series, Frank Castle's future afterward may have already been teased. Having begun his crusade against criminals in earnest, The Punisher was offered a job in the final scene of Netflix's The Punisher season 2. As such, it's possible that Frank Castle may soon join a brand-new roster of antiheroes in the MCU.
With the news that Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as The Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again coming to Disney+, it's fair to assume Frank Castle's preexisting history and origins from Netflix's Daredevil season 2 and his spin-off series will still be considered canon. Likewise, the same will hopefully be true for Daredevil (played by Charlie Cox) and Kingpin (Vincent D'onofrio).
