Julia Garner might still be portraying the Material Girl Madonna in the future, but for now, she’s telling a different sort of origin story. In Natalie Erika James’ “Rosemary’s Baby” prequel, Garner leads a psychological thriller set in the haunted New York City apartment building that Roman Polanski made iconic in his 1968 horror classic.

Titled “Apartment 7A,” the Paramount+ feature takes place in 1965, prior to Polanski’s legendary horror classic “Rosemary’s Baby,” and explores what happened in the infamous Bramford Building before Rosemary moved in.

The official synopsis reads: “Ambitious young dancer Terry Gionoffrio (Garner) dreams of fame and fortune in New York City, but after suffering a devastating injury, an older, wealthy couple played by Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally welcomes her into their home in the luxury apartment building the Bramford. When fellow resident and influential Broadway producer (Jim Sturgess) offers her another chance at fame, it...
