Mikey Madison is ‘Anora’: Watch the full trailer for Sean Baker’s explosive awards contender

One week before its theatrical release, festival sensation “Anora” has unveiled its full trailer.
The Sean Baker film, which won the Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and has played through the roof at festivals in Telluride, Toronto, and New York, will have a limited platform release starting October 18.
Here’s the official synopsis from Neon:
Anora, a young sex worker from Brooklyn, gets her chance at a Cinderella story when she meets and impulsively marries the son of an oligarch. Once the news reaches Russia, her fairytale is threatened as the parents set out for New York to get the marriage annulled.
“Anora” stars Mikey Madison as the title character. The actress, previously best known for her work on the television series “Better Things” and in hit movies like “Scream” (2022) and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” is widely considered a top contender for Best Actress at the 2025 Oscars.
