Wicked's Ariana Grande Gets Teary-Eyed When She Touches The Actual Glinda Wand From Wizard Of Oz

Wicked actor Ariana Grande-Butera tears up when she is given the opportunity to touch the original Glinda wand from The Wizard of Oz. Based on the book and musical of the same name, Jon M. Chu's Wicked is a story set in the Wizard of Oz universe. It acts as an origin story of how several of the classic technicolor film's main characters, including Glinda the Good Witch, the Wicked Witch of the West, and the Wicked Witch of the East, came to be. Grande-Butera plays Galinda, aka Glinda, in Wicked, a role for which she has received praise.
In an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Grande-Butera gets emotional upon seeing the original Wizard of Oz Glinda wand.
