• Warning: Spoilers
I never thought I'd live to see the day they'd put video and pc games on imdb, but I saw Tomb Raider the game, so I decided to look up Myst.

Myst was good. But I only bought it because I already had Riven, the first sequel (it came free with our computer). I was expecting something like Riven and was perhaps a little disappointed. I liked it, but it was quite a bit shorter than Riven, Riven's graphics were better and it was a lot more difficult. The surroundings were more intriguing and pleasant.

Myst has pretty good graphics for 1993, is fun, and involves using your brain, which may be too much for some people. But it isn't all that hard. There are a lot of clues along the way as you explore the 4 ages for each piece of the books, or whatever you think you should be looking for.

--- WANING! Hints!--- If you wish to succeed, do not give the brothers all of the papers from the red and blue books that you may collect on your travels through the ages. If you collect all sheets from either the blue or red book and give it to one of the brothers, they will trap you inside the book and you will have to start all over again. ---End hints---

If you liked Myst, I definitely recommend you try the sequels "Riven" and "Myst III: Exile." I also hear there's another sequel in the making. You will probably find Riven and Exile to be a lot better.

    I give Myst 7 out of 10.
