There really isn't much to this movie at all that hasn't been done before, and done better. The idea of killers filling a house with small cameras is kind of neat, but it isn't original and there are no strict rules for their palcements so really it is just a way to play fast and loose with the found footage concept.
There is clearly nothing to say here since beyond the gimmick it is mostly a standard home invasion movie, albeit one with very little visibility throughout. This does not add to the terror, it just leaves you wondering what the bloody hell is going on.
Overall this movie is too tame and unoriginal to be good. It might be the favourite movie of a 15 year old just getting into horror, but even that won't last too long. If you aren't this person then it's not really worth your time.
