Season 1 and 2 of Arrow is great super hero television. This version of Oliver being more Batman like works great for the show. It's flashbacks are also great. Showing what Oliver Went through and how he became who he is. It's also provides great villains like Merlyn, Deathstroke and Prometheus.
The first two seasons gave us great fights, intriguing villains. With a dark and serious tone.
With great side characters like Roy, Diggle, Felicity and Moira.
Season 3 was not as good, Ra's al Ghul was not as a good villain as previous ones. They also started to ruin Felicity's character in this season. It was just a disappointing season.
Season 4 was even worse, Damian Darhk was a worse villain than Ra's. And the stories were filled with too much forced drama. With Felicity being the worst character ever. Such as being mad at Oliver for not telling her he had a son. Even though he wasn't a loud to. To add on top of that as soon as Felicity could walk again after being paralyzed for months. Just walks out on him.
Season 5 was a great comeback. Prometheus a dark and mysterious archer. Then when he was revealed as Adrain Chase it got better. Chase was a insane villain who just wanted to destroy Oliver, Physically and Mentally. He also won in the end of the season.
I stoped watching season 6 around episode 12 or 13. So I can't say how that season went same goes for season 7. I will watch them at some point but as of now this is my review on the seasons and series.
