The last episode asserts that a man can give birth but that assertion is false. Only a woman has a womb and birth canal. A persons outer appearance doesn't determine their sex. A persons DNA, genes, chromosomes and ones anatomy at birth gives identification of whether they are either a male or female. Even the few minority of people whom are born with unidentifiable sex organs due to deformity reasons. They're either a male or female according to their DNA, genes or chromosomes.
