This episode is widely considered the shows best and for very good reason, it's incredibly well crafted. Cartman's attempts to get his money back become so absurd and hilarious and he suffers so much that you genuinely want to see Scott get his comeuppance, this being South Park, Cartman's revenge comes in the form of unspeakable atrocities and the absolute destruction of Scott's mental state.
