• Quark organises a rescue mission to save his mother.

This is a fun comedy episode with good character moments.

The plot has quite outrageous humour and works well depending on how funny you find certain concepts. I was consistently smiling and occasionally chuckling to myself. Easily the biggest laugh from me came from seeing Iggy Pop playing a Star Trek alien, which think was a bizarre yet inspired idea.

I like the Seven Samurai/Magnificent Seven tributes and all characters are mixed well. The contrast between how Keevan is used in this story compared to his very serious introduction in the episode 'Rocks and Shoals' could not be bigger.

It is led very well by Armin Shimerman, but Max Grodènchik, Aaron Eisenberg, Jeff Combs, Josh Pais, Hamilton Camp, and Cecily Adams all make great contributions.

Credit to the makeup department given that so many Ferengi and Vorta characters appear on screen.

    For me it's a 7.5/10, but I round upwards.
