• Really loved the first 4 episodes until it got to the whole storyline with Cutter and Tom, which quickly descended into a farce. It was flogged to death and truthfully it robbed us of time spent with the main characters. Loudermilk as a character was brilliant, funny, beautifully acidic and an anti hero for the age.

The meetings introduced some brilliant characters and sub plots and as with most great comedies, there were moments of true melancholie.

It's a shame because without the wander into the absurd, this show could have been mentioned in the same terms as Curb your Enthusiasm or Veep.
