  • No this is not violent (apart from a glass breaking teenager ... though she had her reasons). This is a tv movie, so do not expect too much from it. It is light and fun and has characters that are more often than not really out there. Enjoy this if you can, but don't feel bad if you can't.

If you like light comedy fun, that is not hurting anyone ... you may enjoy this one. The actors do try their best, but there is not much to work with ... interestingly enough even the german soundtrack felt like the actors were dubbed ... maybe some were ... but it does not shine a good light on the overall acting abilities of those involved ... which doesn't mean that all can't act ... just that most do not show it here. Then again, why even bother when it is an easy paycheck, right? Exactly.
  • Okay, it's only a TV-movie but it's even too bad for that! "Fröhlich geschieden" was "meant to be" a comedy and that's what it looks like. Poor Helmut Fischer - he is the only good actor in this movie. He shouldn't have given himself away for such a boring, unimaginative script with a ridiculous story which is not funny AT ALL! And Rainhard Fendrich should stop wanting to be an actor or a comedian. Why doesn't he just go on composing, singing and presenting shows on TV?
