Wei Feng and Josie, a couple who've had trouble conceiving, have decided to adopt a baby, but, in Josie's mother's opinion, they're taking too long to get around doing it and helps them along. In the meantime, Fifi takes a break from the babies and is off to a weekend spa with her husband. Madam Tan has to take care of the babies for her and she gets Yu Jin and Xuan to help in the hope that they'll patch up and get together again.

In the quiet estate of Bukit Anak Kambing, a new foot reflexology shop, Little Foot has opened up. It takes all the business away from Madam Tan's home-based foot reflexology business with their pretty and scantily clad staff. On Fifi's advice, Madam Tan decides that this is the best time to retire and concentrate on finding her daughter Xuan a husband and setting Xuan on her course to motherhood. Inspired by Little Foot's non-stop business, Ah Huat comes up with a plan to drum up business for Mr See's mee pok stall.
