Elsewhere, McDowell and Ortiz investigate multiple violent acts, including a firebombing, on the same block. The Ortiz/McDowell partnership is really growing on me.
Baldwin helps ADA Heywood's mother, who is the victim of a phone scam. Lieutenant Rodriguez' ex-wife is still hanging around and Theo Sipowicz doesn't like the idea of moving in with Connie and the baby.
